  • Radar Naughty List: Satanic Sydney Sex Cult

Police in Sydney say they have dismantled an international child sex abuse material   network  steeped in   satanic  and   occult  imagery, and at the center of it all is a queer activist   journalist  who branded himself a defender of victims. Andy Ngo  reports that   Landon Germanotta-Mills , a 26-year-old independent journalist and founder of the “Underground Media Network,” is now accused of helping run a ring that traded in videos of children being tortured, from babies to 12-year-olds, alongside bestiality content. Landon Germanotta-Mills, Satanic Sydney Sex Cult ringleader and founder of   Underground Media Network . (Source:   Ngo Comment ) New South Wales Police launched   Strike Force Constantine  earlier this year to investigate “ ritualistic  and satanic” child abuse material circulating online. That probe led detectives to a Sydney-based group they allege was actively involved in possessing, distributing and facilitating child sexual abuse material through an offshore website. Police say electronic devices seized during coordinated raids last week contained thousands of videos depicting the abuse of children, including INFANTS , sometimes accompanied by symbols and rituals linked to   satanism  and the occult. Four men have been   charged  so far. Alongside Germanotta-Mills, authorities named Stuart Woods Riches, 39, Mark Andrew Sendecky, 42, and Benjamin Raymond Drysdale, 46. All four are accused of involvement in an international network trading in “satanic” child abuse material. Police and multiple international outlets report that none of the men are currently alleged to have filmed the abuse themselves, but investigators say they helped distribute and facilitate access to previously recorded material, turning child torture into a shared hobby inside encrypted channels. “NSW Police storming the Waterloo unit of Landon Germanotta-Mills.” (Source:   ABC  – NSW Police) Germanotta-Mills is accused of playing a “leading role” in the ring. According to Australian media and court documents, he faces multiple counts of making child abuse material available, accessing and possessing child abuse material, and separate charges for disseminating and possessing bestiality content . The alleged   ringleader  was   dragged  from his Waterloo apartment after police used a battering ram during early-morning raids captured on video and released by NSW Police and crime reporters. Underground Media Network  is run by “journalists, survivors, and truth-tellers.” On paper, Germanotta-Mills sold himself as the opposite of what police now allege. He describes himself as a queer activist and   independent journalist , running the “Underground Media Network” to “expose institutional abuse, systemic failures and misuse of power,” with a special focus on victims, including children. Photos circulated in coverage show him in drag and transvestic outfits. Reports note that he covered Antifa demonstrations and presented as a “progressive” campaigner for social justice, LGBTQ+ causes, and animal rights. (Source:   7NEWS ) Detective Superintendent Jayne Doherty called the seized content “abhorrent” and “particularly devastating,” stressing that while all child abuse is horrific, this material was marked out by the ritualized way the children were degraded and tortured on camera. Investigators say the four men were allegedly part of a broader international network using encrypted platforms and a foreign-hosted website to swap videos of children being abused, alongside animal abuse content, under the guise of occult worship and   satanic  symbolism. Police currently believe none of the identified videos were filmed by the Sydney suspects, which is its own kind of indictment. The horror already existed somewhere else in the world and was then collected, catalogued, and passed around as entertainment by a group of men who, according to authorities, delighted in the ritualistic framing of the abuse. As of the latest reporting, investigators are still working with international partners to identify victims, trace where the abuse happened, and locate the original perpetrators. Landon Germanotta-Mills is dragged from his apartment after an early-morning raid. (Source:   Daily Mail ) Everywhere you look in this case, there is a grotesque inversion. A man who branded himself as a voice for victims is now accused of helping circulate videos of children being tortured. A self-described queer activist and drag performer, who postured as a watchdog over “institutional abuse,” is alleged to have poured his energy into a global pipeline of occult-themed child sexual exploitation instead of exposing it. Meanwhile, the same establishment that clutches its pearls over “moral panic” whenever anyone raises concerns about child safety around drag culture, queer activism, or online grooming is suddenly very cautious and clinical. The satanic   ringleader  founded and wrote for the   Underground Media Network . THOUSANDS of videos, victims ranging from BABIES to preteens, symbolic and ritual abuse, and suspects whose public lives intersect with progressive activism, journalism, and even youth sports coaching are at the heart of this case. It may be very disturbing to read, but this is exactly the kind of story that should bring forth a reckoning about who gets trusted access to children, who is allowed to launder their image through “woke” branding and queer politics, and why anyone questioning that pipeline is smeared as a conspiracy theorist. All four men have been denied bail and remain behind bars while their cases move through the courts, with their next appearances reported for late January 2026. Whatever the eventual verdicts, this investigation has already torn the mask off one corner of the modern abuse economy. The Satanic Sydney Sex Cult is on this year’s Gays Against Groomers Naughty List because behind the language of “progress” and “inclusion,” police say they found an occult-obsessed network sharing the worst things adults can do to children. And no matter how the LGBTQ+ media shills tiptoe around it, parents around the world are watching and drawing the only conclusion that makes sense: the predators are not just in dark alleys and anonymous chat rooms. They are also hiding behind trendy hashtags and performative concern for the very kids they are accused of betraying. References 7News. (2025). • The Battle for Identity: Breaking the Strongholds Behind Transgender Ideology

One of the most striking cultural shifts in modern America has been the mainstreaming of transgender ideology in all facets of society – across schools, media, the medical field, and in prominent political debate. This phenomenon has resulted in an increasing polarization between parents and schools, and conversations about transgenderism continue to dominate American discourse. It is crucial, therefore, to examine what is driving the coming generations to find solace in transgenderism. Over the last decade, the explosion of transgender identification shocked the nation. In a series of data collected from the Williams Institute  of UCLA School of Law between 2016 and 2022, the percentage of transgender identification revealed 2.8 million people aged 13 and older identify as transgender. Youth between the ages of 13-17 that identify as transgender were estimated at roughly 724,000 while 2.1 million adults 18 and older identified as transgender. This marked a stunning 76% of trans-identified individuals were under the age of 35. There was a clear observation: transgender identification is concentrated among younger age groups. (Source: The Williams Institute ) Recently, however, new trends suggest a shift. Largely due to the backlash from an emerging counterculture founded by parents, conservatism, the important voices from detransitioners, and groups such as Gays Against Groomers, transgender identification appears to be declining. Although this is a significant milestone, the causes of transgender identification require an urgent examination due to its revelatory nature: Our youth are dealing with wounded identities and spiritual confusion. These wounds do not simply disappear because a movement is in decline. Instead, these wounds find new ways to manifest themselves. The battle for the culture cannot be won until these spiritual afflictions are addressed. We are in opposition with a world that continues to promote and celebrate many wide gates that promise belonging, a sense of identity, and comfort from the growing pains that naturally arise from adulthood. Despite the allure of these gates, they all lead towards the same destination: self-destruction. In response, we must boldly declare what is at stake. There is a coordinated, spiritual attack against the identities of our children. “Enter by the narrow gate,” declares Jesus Christ in Matthew 7:13–14. “For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and those who find it are few.” To lead our future generations into this narrow gate, we must expose this wide gate, its purpose, its fruit, what spiritual forces are behind it, and how to destroy it. Function and Fruit of Transgender Ideologies Gender dysphoria is not an indicator that one was born in the wrong body, rather it is an indicator of the spirit confined in the wrong place—in the territory of the evil one. This does not mean that a person experiencing gender confusion is evil, rather they are experiencing a spiritual assault that seeks to destroy their identity, making them captives in dire need of freedom. To better understand this, we must first understand the function and tactics of evil. The function of evil is described in John 10:10. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.” Evil accomplishes this with a clever tactic: disguising itself as truth. “Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.” — 2 Corinthians 11:14. This is how transgender ideology masquerades itself – with an eloquent message of acceptance, with a promise to our children that they would find their true authentic selves. It sells them a vision with terms intended to usurp compassion such as  “gender affirming care,” “inclusivity,” and “I was born this way.” The public becomes fooled by the colorful messaging of this ideology because they fail to study the fruit underneath its embellished packaging. In Matthew 7:15-20, Jesus Christ warns, “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Thus you will recognize them by their fruits.” When we properly examine its fruit, it becomes evident that the function of gender ideology on our children is to steal, kill, and destroy. It robs them of the sacredness of forming families and having children, if they seek medical intervention. It promises authenticity, but demands the individual to remove and alter their healthy body with the intake of hormones, puberty blockers, and with dangerous and irreversible surgeries that require lifelong interventions – all to remove healthy body parts; all fruitless attempts to morph themselves into an identity they were never given and never meant to fulfill. Their true identities become not only physically, but spiritually dismembered. This is how we recognize it is evil. Development of Gender Dysphoria It is important to note that the development of gender dysphoria in our youth does not happen overnight, but it is instead a slow and steady development of falsehoods spoken over the identities of our youth by a variety of spirits. Many parents experience shock when it appears that out of the blue their child “comes out” as transgender. This is not a sudden change of heart, but rather years of internalized falsehoods in combination with a culture that has elevated disorder over truth and given it a name – an answer, a solution that our youth takes as a means to understand their internal condition. It then becomes a battleground between parents and their trans-identified child. Parents need to be aware that they are battling a stronghold that their child is held in bondage. To win this fight, it is not only sufficient to go to war by taking direct action by passing legislation, exposing the malpractices of the medical field who perform sex change surgeries and prescribe hormones, and attending school board meetings, but it is required that we address the war happening in our children’s minds. We must understand two things: (1) who we are fighting against and (2) understand the nature of the strongholds we must break. Who are we fighting against? Before my conversion as a Christian, I attended the End Child Mutilation Rally hosted by Matt Walsh in Nashville, Tennessee in October of 2022. I had a hatred for radical trans activists who pushed this dangerous ideology and I recall getting into a verbal confrontation with one of them. Immediately, I felt something I could not explain, something pushed me back and rebuked me. I heard a voice tell me, “Stop. They are sick and need help, they are in bondage just like you are.” I was convicted by the spirit of God. See, our fight is not with our brothers and sisters; it’s not against the radical trans activists; it’s not against the school board directors that permit these ideologies to flourish. They are not the root enemy we must go against, but instead against the evil forces operating in the unseen realm that seek to influence our brothers and sisters. “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, and against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly places.”   – Ephesians 6:10-18. If our fight is a spiritual war, then by extension, weapons of our warfare are also spiritual. “For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds,” says Paul in Corinthians 10:4–5. He adds, “We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.” This is a crucial passage to dissect if we want to destroy the stronghold that attracts radical trans ideology. What is a Stronghold? Strongholds are fortresses and military centers of strength occupied or controlled by the enemy of our souls. They are fortified places and barriers in the mind and spirit with the purpose of fortifying your soul to act in opposition to God. These fortresses are operated by a multitude of spirits that work together to introduce arguments and proud obstacles to the knowledge of God, resulting in a war of the mind. It is not a surprise then that trans-identified youth struggle with spirits of rejection, anxiety, fear, rebellion, pride, anger, depression, etc. It is a disruption of the mind, as a result of warfare. When we give authority to these spirits to operate in our lives, we internalize lies that go against the knowledge and spirit of God, and therefore become highly susceptible in forming false identities. If left unchecked, this can evolve into extreme cases, such as seeking puberty blockers and sex change surgeries in pursuit of a counterfeit identity. The First Lie: Rejection The fortress that can attract our youth towards transgender identities comes from a multitude of spirits. Its root is a spirit of rejection: a powerful voice that tells an individual they are unwanted, unworthy, and not chosen. This dangerous voice distorts and cements itself in identity formation. It robs a person’s sense of self and belonging. This spirit typically enters early on, through early relational wounds, such as growing up in a one-parent household, emotional abandonment from one or both parents, neglect, or constant criticism and verbal abuse. It can enter through traumatic events such as sexual and physical abuse. This spirit can be given legal rights when a person accepts spoken curses by family, friends, or when they speak negatively about themselves. This spirit can also enter through generational curses, if previous generations are held bondage by shame or identity wounds that then pass down through bloodline. Common lies that a spirit of rejection whispers to its victims: “There is something wrong with your body.”  “You were born in the wrong body.”  “You will never feel complete unless you change yourself.”  “You don’t fit in anywhere.”  “You would only be loveable if you were someone else.”  “You were a mistake to your family, society, and God.” “Nobody loves you.” Once children accept these lies as part of their identity, this spirit manifests confusion in their lives and encourages self-sabotage. The impacts become clear: Relationally→ People pleasing, over-apologizing, overcompensation, fear of abandonment, pushing people away, choosing romantic partners that affirm their lack of self-worth. Emotionally→ Loneliness, low self-esteem, persistent shame, double-mindedness, chronic thoughts of “not being enough.” Behaviorally→ Addictive behaviors, self-harm, procrastination, avoidance. Spiritually→ Unaware of or hides their god-given gifts, an inability to see themselves in the image of God. Physically→ Anxiety, chest tightness, chronic fatigue, body dysmorphia. Impact on destiny→ Settling for less, fear of leadership positions, unfilled potential, inability to see their gifts. A spirit of rejection seeks to hijack one's identity by developing a fractured foundation as early as possible. If it can infiltrate and build a false foundation, the individual then attracts counterfeit identities, destructive relationships, habits, and coping mechanisms in an attempt to ease their internal desire to belong. The Second Lie: Fear and Pride Once rejection co-exists with its victim, it invites a powerful duo: The spirit of Fear  and Pride . The function of fear is to paralyze, control, and keep its victim stagnant. Common lies of this spirit include: “You are weak and incapable.” “If you reveal your true self, you will be humiliated and shamed.” “You cannot trust anyone, everyone has hurt you.” “You are all alone in this life, not even God will help you.” “You will fail.”  “You are not safe.” Common markers of a spirit of fear include: Relationally→ Avoiding deep relationships and vulnerability with others, high suspicion and cynicism about people's motives, exhibit controlling or manipulating behavior to control others  Emotionally→ Excessive dread about the future, mood swings, lack of emotional stability, hopelessness, helplessness, shame, self-condemnation, constant self-doubt, and anxiety disorders. Behaviorally→ Fear of failure, paralysis, overperformance or passivity, coping with substances, excessive social media, and other behaviors that lead to numbing Spiritually→ Doubting the existence of God, difficulty hearing God, susceptible to believing lies about God and his character leading to an inability to hear God Physically→ In constant state of exhaustion because the body is always in a state of fight or flight and hypervigilance, weakened immune system due to fear slowing down healing, insomnia or nightmares, and other chronic stress symptoms such as headaches, high blood pressure, etc. Impact on destiny→ Fear blocks the individual from walking into their god-given potential, spiritual inheritances are blocked, fear uses intimidation to stop the individual from stepping into their calling. As a response to this fear, a spirit of pride enters as individuals seek to protect themselves with excessive self-reliance. The purpose of a proud spirit is to self-inflate and resist correction as a means to protect their inner-wounds. By default, the individual opposes the authority of God. “God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble” – James 4:6 Common lies of the spirit of pride include: “Everyone has hurt you, so you don’t need anybody in your life.” “You don’t need God.”  “You’re better than others.”  “You can make your own way.”  “You don’t need to follow the rules imposed by the same society that hurt you.” Pride masks itself as strength to justify a “me versus the world” mindset, making it nearly impossible to receive wise counsel because they have made an idol of themselves. They have declared they are the ultimate authority of their lives. Below are its markers: Relationally→ Superiority complex. Looking down on others, critical and judgemental, entitlement, isolation, causes division and tension, inability to admit wrongdoing, apologize, and reconcile. Emotionally→ A false sense of confidence. Their insecurities and wounds are masked by pride. Individuals with pride are easily offended, cannot handle correction, and perceive correction as disrespect. Difficulty letting go of resentment and grudges. Behaviorally→ Self-promotion and attention-seeking behaviors, blame shifting, refusing to see their mistakes, narcissism, and entitlement. Spiritually→ Self-reliance and self-idolatry, they exalt their knowledge over the wisdom of God, hardness of heart, blocked blessings and grace. Physically→ Constant burnout due to pride refusing rest and surrender, overworking, neglect, stiff posture  Impact on destiny→ Unteachable, therefore stunting development. It destroys a person’s calling and blocks blessings due to lack of humility to receive them. “Pride goes before destruction” – Proverbs 16:18. The Third Lie: Rebellion “Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft”  – 1 Samuel 15:23 These lies open the door to one of the most destructive spirits: the spirit of rebellion. Rebellion is the natural fruit of pride, and it not only refuses to submit to order and God’s design; it seeks to defy it. Rebellion is one of the most common manifestations after rejection comes in. If the individual believes they are unloved and unworthy, rebellion serves as a counterfeit solution to reclaim inner-power over their lives. In the case of gender dysphoria, the rebellious individual seeks to reject biology and oppose those who speak truth about their identities. This spirit masks itself as freedom and self-empowerment, but instead keeps the victim in bondage to destruction, rejection, and shame. Common lies of this spirit include: “Your parents don’t know what they’re talking about.” “Your true self is hidden and only you know it – not anybody else.”  “Your family and peers never accepted you, so why accept the way God made you?”  “You have to change who you are.”  “You must change your body because only you know better, and you know what you need.” “Nobody but you knows what you really need.” “Your decisions are driven by self-empowerment.” The main assignment is to convince the individual that they must reject and act in defiance to God’s design to find freedom and peace. Here are its key markers: Relationally→ Conflicts with parents, teachers, and other figures of authority. Inability to honor those in positions of authority, even if there is no injustice coming from the hierarchy of power. More prone to dishonesty and disloyalty. Friends and family may push them away due to the chaos they bring. Emotionally→ anger, bitterness, resentment, and restlessness Behaviorally→ Impulsive decision making, lawlessness, self-destructive habits, drugs, sex, and “gender affirming care,” masked as “freedom” and “self-empowerment.”  Physically→ Excess adrenaline, more prone to accidents and physical injuries due to reckless decision making, addictions, and poor self-care.  Spiritually→ Lives in bondage, believing it to be true freedom. Self-idolatry opens doors to the occult and witchcraft because of their attempt to live independently from God. Impact on destiny→ Derails long-term calling, breaks off alignment with God’s order, doors become shut because of disobedience, shorter life span. The Outcome: The Destruction of The Temple It now becomes apparent that all of these deceitful lies of these spirits begin to develop powerful bondages and strongholds in the minds of our children, causing stagnation in their development of their true identity. Youth who struggle with these spirits can become more inclined to find transgenderism and its subsequent surgeries and physical alterations appealing. However, St. Paul warns of the profound spiritual consequences of bodily harm. In 1 Corinthians 3:16-17, he warns, “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.” In other words, there are dangerous repercussions in the spirit realm when one indulges in self-destruction. When a person submits to the lies of rejection, pride, and rebellion, they are giving permission to the thief to steal, kill, and destroy from the inside out. To act in defiance towards their bodily design, regardless of their intentions, our youth are declaring bold acts of war against the temple of the living God. When they are deceived by the promises of transgender ideology, they are not just altering their flesh and outward expression, they are destroying themselves in the image of God. As a result, they can never reconcile with their true nature or see the miraculous beauty within themselves. Their identities become spiritually disfigured, distorted, and deceived by the evil prescriptions of transgenderism, encouraged by our society. Transgenderism must not be treated as a form of identity but as a symptom of strongholds, rooted in rejection. If these strongholds can tear down one's identity, then the Spirit of God can rebuild and restore it with the following antidotes: acceptance, love, and truth. This requires exposing the lie and destroying it with truth. Reclaiming Identity I understand these strongholds too well, I was held in bondage by them for nearly my entire life. Driven by rejection, pride, fear, rebellion, and my attraction to women, I survived a rather tormented life through counterfeit identities, gender confusion, and self-destruction. As a result, I could not honor my true identity. Though my pride would have not allowed me to admit it at the time, deep inside, I believed I was worthless, unloveable, and could not come to terms with my female design nor connect to the spirit of God. I was very fortunate that in my teenage years, the transgender movement had not taken hostage of the culture quite yet. Despite this, because of my hatred for being a woman, and going as far as changing my name to a male name, dressing in men’s clothes, and damaging my voice in hopes to deepen it like a man, I believe that if I had been introduced to the promises of transgenderism, I would have destroyed my life with hormones. However, the fortunate timing of my adolescence and lack of radical ideology was not enough to save me. My wounded identity simply led me to resort to every other path of self-destruction I could take. The lies I believed from rejection, pride, and rebellion would have never allowed me to admit at the time that I felt miserable, worthless, and unloveable. All of these alternative paths led to further suffering, until the day I surrendered in absolute defeat in October of 2022, in the midst of utter hopelessness. I wept uncontrollably, and then the presence of God covered me. His presence was absolute, comforting, divine, merciful, and full of love. His presence held me tightly. He said He loved me. That He had always loved me, that I was beautiful and His, and He had been waiting so long for me to let Him in. I became a believer that day. Though my new life as a Christian brought significant peace, I stumbled often early in my journey as a Christian. I struggled heavily with thoughts of unworthiness and identity issues until the Lord gave me revelation: I could not truly follow God if I continued to elevate the enemy’s lies about my identity over God’s truth about me. It became clear that I had made an idol of these lies over my life and the fruit was there to show for it. I called myself a Christian, but I worshiped a cruel, deceiving master who spoke damnation into my identity. Reclaiming my identity in Christ meant I had to rage war against the powerful lies that reigned for most of my life. I had to renounce and cast out every lie that clung to my identity like a parasite. I had to renew my mind with the truth about who I truly was. “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” – Romans 12:2 Every day, I began to reject those lies with the truth. A spirit of rejection whispers, “You were born in the wrong body. You can only be loved if you change yourself.” and yet I declared, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” – Psalm 139:14. Fear taunts, “If you don’t change your gender, you will be miserable; you can’t survive as who you are; you can’t do it.” And yet I say, “God gave us not a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control” – 2 Timothy 1:7. Pride puffs up, “You know your truth better than anyone. Only you can decide who you are.” But scripture declares, “God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble” – James 4:6. Rebellion challenges, “Only by changing yourself can you be free. This is self-empowerment.” But scripture refutes it: “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” – James 4:7. We face those lies head-on to “destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.” – 2 Corinthians 10:5. Challenging the lies that disguised themselves as my identity shattered strongholds. It tore down the prison bars and the chains I had been bound to. The truth of the gospel revealed my inner beauty as a woman, and my gift of self was returned to me. It was by the truth that I had been set free. It was by this truth that my identity was led towards a path of mighty restoration. We are able to do this because Jesus Christ gave us the authority to do so. He said, “Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.” – Luke 10:19. We are to take every lie designed to choke and poison, like the nature of a serpent and scorpion, and destroy it with the truth. We question, interrogate, and demand the lie to reveal where it came from. Then we command the lie to fall into the submission of Jesus Christ. This is how we take our identity back and how we walk in God’s image. We accomplish this by walking in the truth. Weapons of Our Warfare To truly defeat the poison of radical gender ideology that has infiltrated our society, we must battle for the hearts and minds of those who defend and are in bondage by it. We win this battle by prioritizing our weapons of warfare. The mobilization of our actions, or fruit, comes as an inevitable result. Paul reveals these weapons. He writes, “First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time.” – 1 Timothy 2:1–6. This passage reminds us that prayer, supplication, intercession, and thanksgiving are our first line of defense. We come to Him in thanksgiving so that we may not take action with bitterness or strife, so that our mobilization is aligned with the heart of God. Our prayers and intercessions have divine power to dismantle deception in our families, schools, and government. Paul is clear: God desires all people to receive the truth and be saved. Rebuilding the Temple: A Call to Action A nation cannot survive if its collection of individuals suffer from a fragmented identity. If we are not secure in our identities, the identity of the nation begins to dissolve. This is why it is essential that true identity be rebuilt through truth, love, and discipleship. Every member of society has an important role to take: 1. The Family: Restore Spiritual Authority in the Home. Parents must reclaim their spiritual authority over their households. Prayer must be the priority of the family, alongside speaking truth over the lives of every member of the household. 2. The Church: Deliverance, Ministry. The church holds a special responsibility to implement healing and deliverance. The church for too long has remained lukewarm. The body of Christ must be emboldened to expose spiritual bondage and embody the remedies from the ministry of Jesus Christ. 3. The Individual: Speak the Truth. We must declare the truth, even when it offends. It is not a coincidence that defenders of transgender ideology, who profess compassion and love, respond with hatred, accusation, and retaliation when confronted. It means their fruit has been exposed. Therefore, we are not to be intimidated by this reaction, rather we must rejoice, for this very reaction is a sign the truth has been spoken, for darkness rages when its lies are exposed to light. “But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.” – 1 Peter 4:13--14 4. Gender-Confused Individuals: If you are struggling with gender confusion. I invite you to walk in the truth. The secret to your authentic self is this: it does not come from self-rejection but through divine revelation. Renounce and come out of agreement with every lie spoken into your life. Refute every lie with the Word of God. Reclaim your identity in Jesus Christ. In this current battle for identity, it is crucial that we all step into our calling to protect our children. It does not matter your profession. It does not matter if you’re heterosexual or homosexual. We must not make alliances with lies and defend the truth in the public square. Transgender ideology continues to be exposed, thanks to the battles won in the culture war. But the war is far from over. Our children remain bound by these strongholds. If we ignore the spiritual battle, they will be drawn into new wide gates that the culture promotes as a counterfeit path to freedom, and the cycle of self-destruction will repeat itself. We must bring truth to the forefront of this battle. We must bring forward the one and only narrow gate, and His name is Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. No change of pronouns, surgery, hormones, nor all the promises of transgenderism can offer true freedom. Our true identity comes only from our Creator, thus we win this battle by walking in truth, prayer, and through the renewal of our minds. As I trampled over deception from these strongholds, I received the greatest gift: my gift of self was returned to me. I began to see who I was always created to be, before the world fed me lies about my identity. Psalm 139:13–14 (NIV): “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” References The Williams Institute. • Texas Doctor BUSTED for Pumping Kids with Hormones

In October, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton successfully brought accountability to a physician who allegedly prescribed cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers to minors, the Texas Family Project  reported. The alleged actions of the physician directly violated Senate Bill 14 (which took effect September 1, 2023). Paxton filed the lawsuit against Dr. May Lau, an adolescent medicine specialist in North Texas, in October 2024, alleging that Dr. Lau provided hormone treatment for gender transition to minors, including prescribing testosterone to biological female children. Dr. Lau elected to voluntarily surrender her Texas medical license on October 9, 2025. “Dr. Lau decided to move her medical practice to Oregon and saw no reason to continue to maintain her Texas license, according to a statement provided by her attorney Craig Smyser, the Texas Tribune  reported. “Dr. Lau continues to deny the Texas Attorney General’s politically- and ideologically driven allegations.”   Source: (Evan L'Roy/The Texas Tribune, 2025 ) “Doctors who permanently hurt kids by giving them experimental drugs are nothing more than disturbed left-wing activists who have no business being in the medical field,” Paxton said in a statement . “May Lau has done untold damage to children, both physically and psychologically, and the surrendering of her Texas medical license is a major victory for our state. My case against her for breaking the law will continue, and we will not relent in holding anyone who tries to ‘transition’ kids accountable.”  Lau was one of the doctors who Paxton sued in September 2024, as Gays Against Groomers  previously reported. Dr. Hector Grandados was also sued by Paxton for giving cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers to children as young as 12. However, that lawsuit was dropped in September 2025 when it was discovered that Granados ended the program before the new law took effect. Previously, Grandados  treated “transgender youth” as an extension of his practice that treats youth with diabetes, growth problems, and early puberty. Source: (Andres Leighton/The Morning Call, 2025 ) SB 14  prohibits medical professionals from administering puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or certain surgical treatments aimed at gender transition for minors. The law also requires that the Texas Medical Board “shall revoke the medical license or other authorization to practice medicine of a physician” who violates the law.  Paxton is also suing  PFLAG for the records of any physician who has been violating the law. Brian Bond, CEO of PFLAG, claimed that he spoke to various parties about “contingency plans” and “alternative avenues” for doctors to continue providing gender transition surgeries. The organization has tried to distance itself from those comments, noting they have no documents or communications showing anyone evading the law.  The most common criticism is that these actions are “politically motivated,” but there should be nothing political about child safeguarding. At Gays Against Groomers, we commend Attorney General Ken Paxton and leaders like him who push back against the criminal doctors who continue to subject children to dangerous interventions – not because of politics, but because protecting children is the right thing to do. • Build-A-Queer Kids: The Queer Trans (QT) Project Mails Transition Starter Packs to Minors

The Queer Trans (QT) Project has come under fire for mailing inappropriate packages  to children. According to their mission statement, “We are a black-led and trans-led organization on a mission to provide gender-empowering resources to LGBTQ+ individuals all across the world so that they have the power and confidence to create social change in their communities.” The group advertises its “gender-empowering resources,” or Build-A-Queer Kits, to tens of thousands of children on TikTok. These kits, filled with gender-affirming items like condoms, chest binders, and FtM packers, are mailed in oddly purple envelopes so parents, guardians, and loved ones won’t know what was received. In the past, packages from The Queer Trans (QT) Project contained pepper spray, knives, tasers, and coloring books – all discreetly mailed to your home, for your child, behind your back, free of charge. The Queer Trans (QT) Project is a tax-exempt, trans-led nonprofit with a history of mailing such packages to minors. The company no longer specifies an age limit directly on its website, but section one of its online store terms  covers it from any liability involving minors who use the site. To ensure that parents don’t discover what their children are up to, their website conveniently features an “emergency exit” system. They’re so terrified of being exposed that their sister site even includes a warning . Impressionable children and teens alike are surrounded by the deception that boys can be girls and girls can be boys, that they shouldn’t accept themselves the way they are because they were born wrong and have to be butchered and sewn back together into something else. Rather than being told she is beautiful just the way she is, The Queer Trans (QT) Project reinforces the lie  that a girl can become a boy: all she needs is the Build-A-Queer Kit. The QT Project is not promoting courage or teaching kids to be themselves. It encourages its victims to run from their fears, hide behind masks, and play a part in a pseudo-theatre where “all the world is a stage.” Encouraging self-hatred of one’s natural body is a toxic mindset to encourage. If you visit either of the websites , you’ll be met with five biological females and one biological male, all posing and pretending to be something they are not, all in an attempt to sell products that reinforce maladaptive behavior. How does it work? If your child is selected to receive a free  Build-A-Queer Kit, then they get to choose four items sent to them absolutely free. These items are designed to help your child socially transition. The QT Project builds anticipation with multiple email reminders and countdowns. The binder looks relatively harmless, does it not? However, binders work by tightly compressing the breasts to flatten them and create a more masculine appearance. This practice can cause serious issues for developing breast tissue, including, but not limited to, shortness of breath, back pain, poor posture, light-headedness, and chest pain (O’Malley, p. 131, 2025). Breast binding contributes to rib fracture, spinal deformity, overheating, swelling, skin changes, scarring, and skin infections. If we look back at history and scoff at the corsets  forced upon women during the 19th century, why do we allow girls to wear binders? Are binders something that should be sent to developing girls unchecked and without safeguards? The most obscene item in the package was a fake penis and packing underwear. “Packing” is the practice of using material to create a bulge so that a trans-identified female appears to have a penis. Although there may be no physical damage as with binding, sending a minor a penis like the one shown above is obscene and can be considered grooming. Gender Grip Tape can be used for breast binding, penis packing, or tucking  the genitals inside the body. Tucking is the practice of forcing and taping the penis into the groin to appear more feminine. There are dangers associated with tucking, including infertility, rashes, pain, itching, and skin infections. The purpose of this Gender Ideology path leads from social transitioning to mutilation. (Lappert, 2025) Children are surrounded by the lie that gender is fluid, puberty blockers are reversible, binders are safe, packing is normal, and tucking is no big deal – they can even change sex at will. All they have to do is order a kit from The QT Project to become their “authentic selves.” Did the Build-A-Queer Kit turn me into a man? No, of course not. Anyone can see that I am not a man. I look like an obscene caricature of a man out of someone’s nightmares. We should not celebrate this. We should not encourage children, teens, or young adults to play pretend. Above all, we must stop lying to these children. We need to stand on truth and call it what it is: child grooming. If I, an adult, feel and look obscene, then we need to stop calling these children brave and courageous. We need to stop forcing them to see, touch, and wear realistic and sexual products, when they are already uncomfortable with their own growing bodies. Stop telling children that they need to prance around in public wearing sex gear, harming their healthy bodies, and wearing fake genitalia in order to be their “authentic selves.” Stand up for truth, teach children how to be comfortable with themselves, expose the Gender Ideology lies, and hold these shady companies accountable for the harm they’re inflicting on children! Support tomboys who refuse to conform. Celebrate real girls, not Build-A-Queer knockoffs. The Tomboy Project  uplifts strong, confident young women who know they don’t need hormones, binders, or silly pronouns to be themselves. References Lappert, P. (2025). • John Oliver Gaslights America – Lies About Trans Medical Scandal

On October 12, 2025, HBO’s “Last Week Tonight” with John Oliver aired a segment  targeting Bari Weiss, newly appointed Editor-in-Chief of CBS News following Paramount’s acquisition  of her outlet, The Free Press. Weiss confirmed she will remain CEO and Editor-in-Chief of The Free Press  while taking on her CBS role, a move Oliver called a “ billionaire takeover ” of an important newsroom. John Oliver slammed the deal as “alarming,” citing billionaire funding for The Free Press, mocking Weiss’s TED Talk on media wokeness, and branding her an “irresponsible” hire who could turn CBS into “Fox News for AirPods people.” He called her appointment a “flat-earther at NASA” move and warned of a rightward shift  with anti-trans news stories about “pronouns destroying America.” The segment, hyped by media  as Oliver “sounding the alarm,” mocked Bari Weiss and The Free Press’s content, zeroing in on Jamie Reed’s exposé. Framed as a critique of media consolidation, John Oliver’s segment devolved into a vicious smear against The Free Press and Jamie Reed , a whistleblower who exposed medical malpractice at a pediatric gender clinic. He accused Jamie Reed  of being dishonest  and claimed her story was “thoroughly debunked.” In actuality, John Oliver dismissed her evidence to prop up a dangerous industry that mutilates children. Jamie Reed was cited as a married lesbian with five kids and detailed her experience in a 2023 Free Press article , “I Thought I Was Saving Trans Kids. Now I’m Blowing the Whistle.” From 2018 to 2022, she worked as a case manager at Washington University’s Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, initially believing she was advancing equality. “I am a 42-year-old St. Louis native, a queer woman, and politically to the left of Bernie Sanders,” Reed wrote. Her job involved intake assessments, coordinating care, and supporting families navigating transitions for minors. The clinic, opened in 2017, saw referrals explode from 28 to over 600 by 2021, operating like a conveyor belt for irreversible drugs and surgeries. Kids as young as 12 were prescribed puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones after rushed evaluations, often just two visits totaling under two hours. The Free Press noted that Jamie Reed saw children with severe issues like autism, depression, or abuse histories fast-tracked without proper mental health screening. One 14-year-old girl with ADHD, PTSD, and anxiety was put on testosterone despite parental objections. Jamie Reed documented the horrors she witnessed while working at the clinic: skyrocketing cholesterol levels, hemorrhagic complications from surgeries, and chafing pain from phalloplasty in girls. The consequences were devastating and left innocent children permanently scarred. Patients suffered joint pain, bone density loss, and sterility — risks hidden from parents. One girl developed liver toxicity from bicalutamide, an off-label puberty blocker, spiking her enzyme levels. Another teen, post-mastectomy, endured excruciating pain from tissue expanders, begging for reversal but getting dismissed. Reed exposed medical coercion: parents were told their kids would commit suicide without transition, a baseless scare tactic used to trick parents into going along with what the clinics told them. “To transition, girls needed a therapist’s letter, but the center provided therapy, creating a massive conflict of interest,” Reed explained. In staff meetings, physicians admitted ignorance, one saying, “We are flying the plane while we are building it.” The clinic prioritized expansion over safety as Missouri lawmakers probed youth gender care. Jamie Reed eventually resigned, handing affidavits, medical records, and emails to Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey. The Attorney General’s investigation backed Reed’s claims, prompting Washington University to restrict treatments and later close down the clinic  amid lawsuits. Her testimony fueled bans on youth transitions in multiple states  and federal cases, where she endured rigorous cross-examination. With the LGB Courage Coalition , Reed calls these practices modern gay conversion therapy, noting 80–90% of gender-confused teenagers have been shown to desist after puberty and turn out to be gay adults. The majority of these children resolve their issues naturally without drugs or surgeries. John Oliver ridiculed The Free Press for publishing the exposé. His segment cherry-picked parent testimonials praising the clinic and completely ignored the hard evidence. He made no mention of the email exchanges proving doctors admitted to knowingly causing permanent harm to kids, and he even went on to frame Jamie Reed  and Bari Weiss  as anti-LGBTQ bigots, even though both of these women are gay themselves. This isn’t John Oliver’s first time lying about the trans issue. He also claimed that there is “no safety threat” from males in female sports  leagues. Gays Against Groomers called out  his lies, citing a UN report on 900+ medals stolen from female athletes and Payton McNabb — the girl who got spiked  in the face by a trans athlete during a volleyball match and now has partial paralysis. J.K. Rowling , in a prior segment, said: “An undoubtedly intelligent person spouts absolute bullshit to support something he wants to be true, but isn’t.” Oliver’s smear mirrors broader media capture. Outlets like Deadline  and MSN  echoed his “alarming” take on Weiss’s CBS role without scrutiny. The Hollywood Reporter , Daily Beast , Yahoo , Variety, The Wrap, and Mediaite  amplified Oliver’s claims, noting his jabs at Weiss’s “anti-woke” agenda and conservative ties. Yet evidence  against youth transitions is mounting: the research has found “remarkably weak” evidence, spurring restrictions in Europe. Finland, Sweden, and U.S. detransitioner lawsuits echo Reed’s warnings of regret and harm. Evidence-based reviews of the research literature have been key to shutting down this scandal. Reed warned: “Most encounters with the pediatric endocrinology clinic should have involved months of mental health assessment. They lasted only a couple of hours.” Her bravery saved lives. It is also worth noting that John Oliver’s fact-checking  team is led by Dee Brent , a trans activist researcher with a history of harassing women in order to misrepresent their positions and smear them as bigots.  Dee Brent – transgender fact-checker  for John Oliver's show. John Oliver has no problem lying about child abuse and is eager to throw gay people under the bus in order to fit his narrative. Yet he accuses everyone else of biased reporting. Go figure. His platform, reaching millions, spreads lies that prolong this crisis and shields a predatory agenda that creates life-long medical patients — all at the expense of children. References Daily Mail. • Radar Watchlist: Planned Parenthood Rainbow Room

Rainbow Room serves as Planned Parenthood's LGBTQ+ sex education program and youth center for Planned Parenthood Keystone, as well as group therapy and support groups for their members. LGBTQ sex education programs are free and open to anyone ages 14 to 21. The youth center  has direct connections to Planned Parenthood and its Keystone chapter. Rainbow Room was founded by Marlene Pray in 2002 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, just north of Philadelphia. They opened a second location in Langhorne in April 2023. Marlene Pray has been involved with Planned Parenthood for over two decades. She first became involved back in 1999 as their Director of Education and Training for the Planned Parenthood Association of Bucks County.  Planned Parenthood is the nation’s largest provider of sex education for youth ages 10–14 and 14–21. Most of these groups are structured for youths aged between 14–21, though they do have some groups  that are set up for ages as young as 10! This group of younger children (aged between 10–14 ) is called "Roy G. Biv," advertised as providing "medically accurate, social and racial justice inclusive sexuality education." They claim such a program is necessary, as "there is no set age for recognizing one’s sexual orientation or gender identity." Meetings of this younger group require parents’ permission to attend, though they make ZERO mention of parental supervision. Their "Get Out the Vote Night!" in 2024 featured a drag performance by Phoebe Manntrappe, a drag queen who made headlines  for performing "scantily clad and pantless" at a New Jersey high school  for a secret event, during school hours. Roy G. Biv also puts on events geared towards younger members. They held a "Binder Drive" in December 2022 to raise money for local LGBTQ+ youth and provide them with "gender-affirming" clothing. Even worse, they encouraged trans activists to donate their used breast binders to a "trans kid in need." Planned Parenthood's LGBTQ summer camp, Camp Roy G. Biv, is a sex education program about puberty, sexual health, and gender identity, aimed at members aged 10–14. This year, they rebranded Camp Roy G. Biv to Camp MEE , which offers "5 full days of making friends, games, crafts, SEX ED, nature, and so much more"… including discussions about gender identity. They hold a support group discussion centered around Planned Parenthood's services and the supportive "care" they provide. That "care" commonly comes at the expense of public health and safety. Planned Parenthood's LGBTQ sex education program is designed to funnel children down the trans pipeline. Rainbow Room collaborates with the National Alliance on Mental Illness ( NAMI ). They host "Pride Saves Lives" mental health events  for "trans youth" aged 14 to 21. These Rainbow Room workshops target vulnerable minors who are struggling with their identity. It is designed to convince parents that their child has an identity misalignment and only Planned Parenthood sells the cure. They create gender confusion and provide the puberty blockers – the pipeline takes healthy children and makes them sick. Since "gender-affirming care" has become more mainstream in knowledge and practice, the number of minors identifying as transgender has skyrocketed. Subsequently, many of those patients have or are actively transitioning with the assistance of puberty blockers, hormones, and mutilating surgeries. Planned Parenthood has been at the forefront of this pharmaceutical experiment and is among the largest providers of such "gender-affirming care" (GAC). Provision of GAC increased by 49% from 2021 to 2022. In 2023, one-third to one-half of Planned Parenthood’s ≈600 health centers provided GAC, most of them providing cross-sex hormones, compared to just 32 of them in 2016. Many regions in the U.S. tripled their number (some even higher) of patients seeking GAC in recent years, though exact figures are difficult to come by. This is likely due to runarounds in reporting such services as "Other Procedures" with no specific description, hiding their true data. Rainbow Room is not making any attempts to hide their agenda, pushing children further and further down the trans pipeline by spreading their dangerous ideology to as many as they can. Democrat state senator Steve Santarsiero announced that $630,000  in federal funding would be designated for the Rainbow Room in the form of a Pandemic Response Job Training and Education Programs Grant. This funding came from COVID-19 RELIEF MONEY, directly from the American Rescue Plan Act, intended to "respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency or its negative impacts." The grant agreement never specified the negative economic impacts they sustained from COVID-19 that would necessitate such funding, but did note Rainbow Room had a "400% increase in program participation in the past five years." Sen. Santarsiero stated it would be used to "support and grow The Rainbow Room, ensuring the LGBTQ+ youth center’s continued presence in Doylestown and previewing a new, second location in Lower Bucks County." This additional location is the previously mentioned center that opened in Langhorne. Neither Planned Parenthood Keystone nor Pennsylvania’s Department of Education responded when asked for clarification on the specific impacts to Rainbow Room’s programs or for exact requirements for the grant. Rainbow Room hosted "Cosmic Colors, A Queer Prom," a mixed-age event for minors and adults, ages 13–21 . The event  was co-sponsored by Senator Steve Santarsiero , partly funded from the aforementioned COVID-19 relief funds provided to Rainbow Room (≈$83k of the $630k was categorized as "Event Materials"). The event included a drag performance and all guests were given a "swag bag" filled with tarot cards, CONDOMS, lube , and dental dams…FOR KIDS AS YOUNG AS 13! The details of the queer prom  garnered criticism toward Senator Steve Santarsiero  for co-sponsoring an event that gave out sexual paraphernalia to minors. It is also worth noting he has a son  who came out eight months prior and also attended the prom. When inquired about the sexual paraphernalia, the senator sent out a press release  simply stating Rainbow Room is "a safe place for LGBTQ+ youth to come together to build self-esteem" and the prom "was just a large group of teenagers having fun." He failed to include any explicit responses to the inappropriate content found in the swag bags. The senator  even went on to say, "having an organization like the Rainbow Room and an event like the Queer Prom can very literally save the lives of kids." In April 2025, the Bucks County government gave $13,500 in opioid settlement funds  to Planned Parenthood Keystone as part of a mini grant (total settlement was ≈$564,000, distributed across multiple organizations). They allocated the money to provide free transportation for students from three local high schools to Rainbow Room locations, initially via Uber but wanting to eventually hire a bus driver. They also stated the money would be meant for "expanding outreach to LGBTQ+ youth…to connect with education, behavioral health, and empowerment." Proponents want something good to come out of such funds for LGBTQ+ youth, citing higher rates of opioid misuse among them versus their heterosexual and "cisgender" counterparts. This would provide a "holistic approach for substance abuse recovery and prevention for the entire community," says Langhorne mother Alix Paul. Other local residents oppose the use of these funds in such a way, questioning why taxpayer money should be used to fund rides for minors to attend a Planned Parenthood-sponsored sex education activity, while many other activities are available to kids. Another local mother, Jamie Walker, believes "they are using children’s needs as political favors to gain endorsements for Democratic candidates." Adults are supposed to set a good example for the next generation and be mentors to developing minds navigating the most complicated time of their lives, so they can grow into well-rounded, successful human beings. But there are some opportunists and corporations who take advantage of this responsibility, and they try to mold other people's children according to their own beliefs. The mass proliferation of radical gender ideology in schools and children’s spaces is doing irreparable damage, creating confusion and inner turmoil. Planned Parenthood has officially been added to the Gays Against Groomers Radar Watchlist. Operating under the façade of tolerance, acceptance, and diversity, the Rainbow Room's insidious tactics lead down a dark road. Marlene Pray and Planned Parenthood Rainbow Room are showing their true colors, and it would be best to run for the hills before your children find themselves on a one-way conveyor belt to the operating table. • Child Gender Clinics Crumble Across America — LGB International Declares Independence

An NBC News  analysis found that at least 21 hospitals and health systems have temporarily or indefinitely ended “gender-affirming care” for minors amid threats of federal  investigations and cuts to government funding. Among these 21 hospitals and health systems, twelve have reportedly announced that they have or will discontinue puberty blockers and hormone therapy to anyone younger than 19. Four have also stated that they will no longer provide transition-related surgeries, and one said it discontinued “gender-affirming care” for teens. An additional four temporarily stopped “transgender care” for those under 19 before resuming the practice after a judge blocked part of the executive order  that President Trump signed in January. Among these hospitals  is Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. Children’s National announced  earlier this year that, as of August 30th, they would no longer prescribe “gender-affirming medications,” which Gays Against Groomers reported on in July. Other hospitals include Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, which announced in June that they would be closing their Center for Transyouth Health and Development, as well as their Gender-Affirming Care surgical program, as of July 22nd, ABC 7 reported. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago  announced that, due to President Trump’s executive order, they were pausing all gender-care surgeries for patients under the age of 19. Phoenix Children’s Hospital  announced in February that they were indefinitely pausing “gender-affirming” care for those under 19. In August, Kaiser Permanente, a company that manages 40 hospitals in several states, announced  that it would be pausing all gender-related surgeries for those under 19 effective August 29th, ABC News reported. While there has been significant improvement on this front, many children’s hospitals, including Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone , continue to be designated as an LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality Leader by the Human Rights Campaign . The hospital brags that it is “the first and only children’s hospital in New York City to earn this designation.” The hospital continues to provide puberty suppression and hormone therapy. UCSF Child and Adolescent Gender Center ( CAGC ) also offers “gender-affirming medical treatments,” such as puberty blockers, to patients who have reached puberty, which typically begins between the ages of 8 and 14. Gays Against Groomers has repeatedly warned about the dangers of “gender-affirming care.” Cross-sex hormones, puberty-blocking drugs, and cosmetic sex-change surgeries all carry significant risks, including cardiovascular disease, psychiatric disorders, and sexual dysfunction. We stand with the efforts of President Trump and his administration in working tirelessly to end these extremely dangerous practices. We also applaud international gay organizations, like LGB International , for speaking out against unethical policies that harm children and for declaring their independence . According to Chairman  Frederick Schminke, LGB International  was formed because, “Organizations that once represented gay people are now entirely devoted to gender identity ideology.” It is made up of affiliates from around the world that “oppose the harmful, unnecessary, and unscientific medicalization of children in the name of ‘gender transition.’” The fight is not over yet, but it is going to take voices from within the community to speak out and make a difference. • Gender Identity Crisis: Mental Health Data That Can’t Be Ignored

In recent years, the trans lobby has increasingly framed “gender identity” as an immutable force driven by social factors and warranting immediate affirmation through social and medical gender transitions. This perspective has permeated policy, education, and healthcare, frequently sidelining empirical scrutiny in favor of ideological affirmation (Hruz, 2020). However, a closer examination reveals a more complex reality: gender distress is profoundly influenced by mental health comorbidities, trauma histories, and sociocultural reinforcements, rather than being solely a product of identity. This article critically evaluates the mental, social, and clinical factors underpinning gender distress, drawing on peer-reviewed studies, clinical observations, and psychological frameworks to challenge reductionist views. By analyzing evidence from sources such as longitudinal desistance studies, trauma-informed models, and sociocultural analyses, we distinguish between correlation and causation, predisposition and determinism (Joel et al., 2015; Guillamon, Junque, & Gómez-Gil, 2016). The focus is not to invalidate individual experiences but to restore empirical clarity in a field clouded by sociopolitical pressures, advocating for holistic, trauma-informed care that addresses root causes over hasty interventions (Zucker, 2017; Littman, 2018). Key sections will explore psychological comorbidities like depression and anxiety, the role of trauma in disrupting identity development, social contagion mechanisms including peer and media influences, the risks of rushed affirmation, and the methodological imperative to avoid conflating associations with causality. Additionally, we address clinical implications, emphasizing integrative treatments and parental involvement. In doing so, this analysis demonstrates that claims of innate gender identity are premature at best, often overlooking the multifactorial interplay of psychological and environmental elements (Kaltiala-Heino et al., 2020; Levine, 2022). Psychological Comorbidities and Gender Distress Trans-identified individuals often battle co-occurring mental health conditions. Budge et al. (2013) analyzed anxiety and depression in this population, linking them to transition status, social support deficits, and coping struggles. Their study of 351 participants showed elevated rates, with loss and minority stress as predictors. Globally, Reisner et al. (2016) reviewed transgender health burdens, finding depression and anxiety far higher than in other sampled groups. Discrimination and internal conflicts contribute, but comorbidities suggest deeper entanglements. Among youth, patterns are stark. Kaltiala-Heino et al. (2015) examined 47 minors in a gender service, noting 75 percent with severe psychopathologies like depression. Natal girls predominated, many with adolescent-onset dysphoria amid mood issues. Veale et al. (2017) surveyed Canadian transgender youth, reporting 44 percent with depression and 37 percent with anxiety, tied to stigma but also pre-existing factors. Trauma  Trauma histories are very common in gender dysphoria cases. McGuire et al. (2016) studied body image in trans-identified youth, linking adverse experiences to distorted views of oneself. Their findings from the Trans Youth Project revealed that transgender young people often report higher levels of body dissatisfaction tied to past traumas such as abuse or neglect, which disrupt normative self-perception and contribute to gender dysphoria as a coping response. The study emphasized how these adverse childhood experiences foster negative body images, with participants showing elevated distress compared to cisgender peers, underscoring the need for interventions that address trauma alongside identity concerns. Kaltiala-Heino et al. (2015) found trauma overrepresented, with events like family conflict preceding onset. In their examination of minors in a gender identity service, 75 percent presented with severe psychopathologies, and trauma such as family disruptions or abuse was common, often occurring before the emergence of gender dysphoria. This overrepresentation suggests that unresolved conflicts contribute to identity confusion, particularly in natal girls with adolescent-onset cases, highlighting the importance of screening for these factors in clinical assessments. Veale et al. (2017) detailed how enacted stigma from trauma worsens mental health, but protective factors like support buffer effects. Their survey of Canadian transgender youth indicated that experiences of stigma, including discrimination rooted in past traumas, exacerbate depression and anxiety, with 44 percent reporting depression linked to these stressors. However, strong family and community support acts as a buffer, reducing the impact on mental health outcomes and emphasizing the role of protective environments in mitigating trauma's effects on gender incongruence. Devor (2004) modeled 14 stages of transsexual identity formation, where trauma prompts mirroring and witnessing phases as coping. This framework outlines progression from early anxiety and confusion to integration, with trauma accelerating stages like mirroring alternative identities or witnessing others' transitions as ways to manage distress. Identity shifts are viewed as adaptive survival strategies, allowing individuals to reconstruct self-narratives amid psychological disruption, particularly relevant for those with histories of adversity seeking coherence through gender exploration Littman (2018) reported 48.4 percent of surveyed youth faced traumatic events before dysphoria, including family stressors or abuse. One case: a female traumatized by rape announced transgender identity months later. In the study, parents detailed how these events often preceded the onset, with 45.0 percent engaging in non-suicidal self-injury beforehand. The rape example involved a 16-year-old natal female who became withdrawn and fearful after the assault, then immersed herself in online content that interpreted her distress as transgender identity, leading to her announcement. This aligns with patterns where trauma disrupts self-perception, pushing vulnerable adolescents toward gender narratives as escape mechanisms, as seen in 80.9 percent of cases where the announcement felt sudden without prior indicators. Singh et al. (2011) followed boys with gender issues, noting trauma's role in persistence. For adolescents, unhealed wounds drive escapes into alternative identities. Trauma-informed care is essential. The follow-up study emphasized how adverse experiences like abuse or neglect contribute to ongoing identity confusion, with many cases showing persistence linked to unresolved psychological pain. In adolescents, this manifests as adopting transgender identities to cope with distress. Distressed children need therapies that address root traumas rather than solely affirming gender confusion to prevent long-term entrenchment. Social Contagion and Rushed Affirmation Littman (2018) described rapid onset gender dysphoria, with 86.7 percent influenced by media or peers. Parents reported increased social media/internet use pre-announcement, and 36.8 percent of friend groups where the majority transitioned. Parents observed clusters where friends simultaneously identified as transgender, often after heightened online exposure, with examples including a daughter who edited her diary post-online learning to retroactively claim lifelong dysphoria. This rapid shift, typically in adolescence, underscores social reinforcement amplifying distress without prior history. Steensma and Cohen-Kettenis (2011) explored adolescent transitions, positing contagion where groups normalize or encourage identity discomfort. Their analysis of clinical cases showed peer networks encouraging feelings of discomfort, leading to higher persistence when social factors like group acceptance dominate. In adolescents, this normalization turns temporary confusion into a concretized identity, with desistance more common absent such influences. Levitt and Ippolito (2014) examined minority stressors, but noted validation reinforces identities regardless of origins. Online exposure heightens risks because constant affirmation on online platforms may exacerbate these feelings. This exposure increases vulnerability, as stressors like discrimination are compounded by digital echo chambers. Littman (2018) found 22.3 percent advised on hormone-seeking scripts, 17.5 percent on lying to doctors. This coaches youth into medical paths without any pushback. Parents reported youth encountering online tutorials on phrasing symptoms to get access to hormones, including scripted narratives to use in therapy. Children were advised to tell therapists that they feel suicidal, even if that is not the case, as a way to pressure mental health professionals into granting them access to gender transition interventions. 76.5 percent of parents believed their child misrepresented facts about their mental state to clinicians. Riggle et al. (2010) linked well-being to recognition, yet warned over-reliance on external affirmation. In youth, peer dynamics create feedback loops deepening commitment, showing affirmation improves short-term mood but risks lifetime dependency, where youth in affirming peer circles use mutual reinforcement and disregard any underlying issues. Their study on same-sex couples found that legal and social recognition enhances psychological health by reducing minority stress, but excessive dependence on validation can hinder addressing root causes like trauma, with youth particularly susceptible to entrenched identities through group dynamics that prioritize affirmation over introspection. Kaltiala-Heino et al. (2020) reviewed adolescent dysphoria, highlighting social media's role in rising referrals. Clusters in schools suggest contagion. This phenomenon exploits impressionable minors, demanding limits on influential content. The review noted exponential increases in referrals, particularly among natal females, tied to media portrayals and school-based clusters where multiple students identify simultaneously, indicating social spread rather than isolated cases, and calling for restrictions on content that glamorizes transitions. Rising cases since the 2010s correlate with online exposure, where glamorized narratives influence vulnerable teens, leading to cluster outbreaks in educational settings and necessitating regulatory measures to curb harmful influences. Another paper critiqued rushed diagnoses amid comorbidities, outlining the difficulties in adolescent care, where high comorbidity rates like depression lead to quick affirmations, but stressed the need for thorough assessments to avoid overlooking intertwined mental health issues. Challenges include balancing rapid support with comprehensive evaluations, as comorbidities such as anxiety complicate presentations, risking incomplete care if psychological factors are not fully explored before proceeding with interventions. Levine (2022) reflected on clinicians' roles, noting trans overrepresentation in foster care, runaways, and prisons with trauma backgrounds. Clinicians must navigate countertransferences while evaluating, with overrepresentation linked to early adversities like neglect or abuse. Examples include higher prison prevalence due to histories of separation and trauma. “Trans kids” appear disproportionately among runaways, foster care placements, and adoptees, with causal links to poor early bonding and experiences of separation from parents, either literal or emotional. Clinicians face influences like political biases and personal experiences that evoke strong reactions, requiring careful management to ensure objective assessments amid uncertainties in long-term outcomes. Hruz (2020) critiqued evidence gaps in interventions, citing small samples and dropout rates. Uncritical affirmation ignores desistance, per Steensma et al. (2011), where many childhood cases resolve. The critique noted studies with small cohorts and high attrition, undermining claims of intervention efficacy, while desistance in up to 80 percent of childhood cases is overlooked in affirmation models. Limitations in research, such as lack of randomized trials and reliance on expert opinion, weaken support for puberty blockers and hormones, calling for prospective studies to evaluate alternate approaches that address underlying distress. It is crucial to note the impact of parental attitudes towards gender transition. Parents who affirm their child's feelings of discomfort may reinforce the distress without addressing any causes. Schools and clinics push gender ideology, alienating parents, with institutional pressures often sidelining parental input and promoting ideology over evidence. Acceptance lowers rejection-related harm and boosts well-being, yet it risks entrenching dysphoria tied to unresolved issues, as policies in educational and medical settings prioritize affirmation, potentially isolating families and overlooking holistic evaluations. Littman (2018) noted 47.2 percent mental health decline post-announcement. Declines included worsened relationships and isolation, with parents advocating for evaluations that examine social and trauma factors before medicalization. Parents reported deterioration in mental well-being after coming out, alongside strained parent-child bonds and isolation from non-transgender supports, with 57.3 percent noting worsened relationships and 49.4 percent attempts to separate from family. This underscores the need for clinicians to probe mental health, trauma, and alternatives prior to transition, as many lacked such exploration. Steensma and Cohen-Kettenis (2011) associated persistence with social factors. Persistence correlates with early social transitions and group validations, where environmental reinforcements like peer acceptance reduce desistance likelihood. Clinical observations show that adolescents who socially transition early or receive strong external validations from peers and networks are more likely to persist in transgender identities, as these reinforcements solidify the narrative and diminish chances of natural resolution common in untreated childhood cases. Devor's 14-stage model describes identity formation where minors mirror others in exploration phases, requiring supportive guidance to navigate without prematurely fixating on an identity label (2004). The stages progress from initial anxiety to eventual integration, with minors often mirroring role models during discovery, necessitating careful guidance to allow flexible exploration rather than hasty affirmation that could lock in identities amid ongoing psychological development. Media normalizes transgender narratives. Riggle et al. (2010) noted representations aid inclusion but may influence distressed youth. Positive portrayals enhance visibility yet can sway vulnerable adolescents toward identities as coping tools, especially when media provides relatable scripts for distress. Media depictions foster acceptance and reduce stigma, improving well-being through representation, but they risk guiding distressed teens to interpret personal struggles through a gender lens, particularly when scripts align with underlying emotional needs. Littman (2018) highlighted online immersion pre-onset. Cultural shifts raise dysphoria rates in rigid societies, per Nanda (2014). This context mediates incongruence, demanding critical assessment. Immersion often preceded announcements, with cultural rigidity amplifying expressions, necessitating evaluations that consider societal influences over isolated views. In 63.5 percent of cases, increased internet use occurred before disclosure, exposing youth to transition videos and communities that shape perceptions. Correlation vs. Causation Singh et al. (2011) cautioned against inferring direct links without controls. The follow-up study of boys with gender identity disorder stressed the importance of methodological rigor in research, noting that correlations between psychological experiences, trauma history, and environmental factors with gender dysphoria do not imply causation without proper controls for confounding variables. This highlights potential biases in sample selection and the need for longitudinal designs to avoid overinterpreting associations as direct causal pathways in identity development. Veale et al. (2017) emphasized multifactorial models over reductionism. Their research on transgender youth in Canada underscored the interplay of enacted stigma, mental health disparities, protective factors, and trauma in contributing to gender incongruence, advocating for biopsychosocial frameworks that integrate psychological, social, and environmental dimensions rather than simplistic biological or identity-based explanations. This approach calls for comprehensive care that addresses root causes like family support deficits to mitigate dysphoria without reductionist assumptions. Hruz (2020) called for prospective trials. The critique of scientific evidence for medical management of gender dysphoria highlighted the absence of randomized prospective trial designs and urged rigorous prospective studies to address gaps in understanding causes, risks, and benefits of interventions like puberty suppression and cross-sex hormones. The paper emphasized continued investigation of alternate approaches to alleviate suffering, given limitations such as small sample sizes, high dropout rates, and reliance on expert opinion. Clinical Implications Integrate trauma and comorbidity treatment. Recognizing the high prevalence of psychological comorbidities and trauma in gender dysphoria cases demands integrative treatments that prioritize addressing underlying mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and dissociative disorders, through trauma-informed therapies. This holistic strategy aims to ameliorate symptoms by focusing on psychological survival mechanisms and root causes, potentially reducing the need for gender transition as the primary intervention while promoting comprehensive assessment for better outcomes. Levine (2022) urged worry over youth outcomes amid uncertainty. Reflections on clinicians' roles emphasized concern for long-term mental health results of gender interventions in adolescents, noting the lack of controlled studies and the potential for trans identities to stem from developmental angst, trauma, or social pressures during puberty. The paper called for caution given high desistance rates in childhood cases and the unknown natural history of transgender lives, stressing that clinicians should worry about persistent psychiatric symptoms post-transition. In synthesizing the evidence on mental, social, and clinical factors in gender distress, it becomes evident that transgender identities and associated dysphoria cannot be adequately explained through one mechanism alone. While some studies suggest hormonal or anatomical correlations, these are inconsistent, non-causal, and insufficient to substantiate immutable claims, often confounded by neuroplasticity, small sample sizes, and uncontrolled psychological variables (Savic & Arver, 2011; Heylens et al., 2012). Instead, psychological trauma, psychiatric comorbidities, and sociocultural reinforcements emerge as dominant contributors, with high desistance rates in untreated childhood cases (60-80%) highlighting the transient nature of much gender distress absent external amplification (Steensma et al., 2011; Singh et al., 2011). Conclusion Psychological factors dominate gender dysphoria's origins. Trauma, comorbidities, and social reinforcement, per Littman (2018), Reisner et al. (2016), and Veale et al. (2017), expose the potential harms of gender identity fixation in minors. Key insights include the overrepresentation of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and conditions like autism, depression, and anxiety, which disrupt normative identity formation and may manifest as gender incongruence as a coping mechanism (McGuire et al., 2016; Reisner et al., 2016). Social contagion effects, driven by peer groups, online immersion, media normalization, and institutional validation, further entrench these identities, particularly among adolescents susceptible to expectancy effects and reinforcement loops (Littman, 2018; Nanda, 2014). Cross-cultural variability and the absence of steady prevalence rates across time and geography further negate the trans lobby's claims. These findings compel a shift toward a biopsychosocial framework that prioritizes multifactorial models, trauma-informed care, and rigorous research methodologies, including longitudinal designs and prospective trials to control for confounding factors (Veale et al., 2017; Hruz, 2020). Clinically, this means integrating treatments for comorbidities, fostering parental involvement, and exercising caution against rushed affirmations that risk long-term harm, such as mental health declines post-announcement or persistent psychiatric symptoms (Levine, 2022; Steinberg & Van Mol, 2014). Organizations like WPATH, AMA, and APA must be scrutinized for promoting experimentation without adequate consent or consideration of mental health alternatives, as the affirmation model often overlooks desistance and placebo effects driven by social validation. Ultimately, advancing this balanced approach promises better outcomes for individuals in distress by addressing underlying psychological and social contexts, rather than fixating on gender identity as an isolated trait. It reaffirms empirical rigor over ideological bias, ensuring ethical, evidence-based care that respects human complexity and safeguards vulnerable youth from irreversible decisions. • Radar Watchlist: Richard Kowalczyk and Eric Patrick

Imagine building an empire on drag shows and glitter, only to be unmasked as a child predator. The Southern Nights  drag bars marketed themselves as “safe spaces” for the LGBTQ+ community. They staged drag shows, burlesque performances, and Pride galas. They collected awards  for “community leadership” and built reputations as nightlife staples. But behind the wigs and makeup, there was something much darker. In January  2025, federal prosecutors unmasked Richard Kowalczyk, co-owner of Southern Nights , and his partner Eric Patrick, a school teacher , as predators hiding in plain sight. The indictment  is chilling. Both men were indicted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida (Case 6:2024cr00287) on charges of conspiracy, enticement of a minor, and child pornography. Kowalczyk faces conspiracy, attempted coercion and enticement of a minor, two counts of receiving child pornography, and possession of child pornography. Patrick faces conspiracy, attempted enticement, and distribution of child sexual abuse material. Court documents describe “predatory deviant  sexual behavior towards minors” that went on for years. Investigators traced their crimes back to 2019 Telegram exchanges where the pair swapped images and videos of children, some as young as 7 years old. The court case alleges that Eric Patrick outright bragged about seducing minors on hookup apps, boasting of hotel encounters with underage boys. Kowalczyk’s iPhone was seized, and it revealed 83 images and two videos of child sexual abuse material, many depicting prepubescent victims under 12 . Among their most grotesque plans was a 2020 trip to Key West, where they schemed to “engage in sexual acts with young boys.” These were carefully plotted crimes hidden behind the mask of nightlife activism. Investigators even linked Kowalczyk to a 2006 DUI arrest in Key West, matching his birthdate and addresses tied to Orange and Hillsborough counties – areas where his drag bar empire thrived. The indictment paints the picture of serial predators using their “LGBTQ+ identity” as cover. Beginning as a bartender at the original Southern Nights , Kowalczyk took over ownership in 2014 , reopening the Orlando  location at 375 S. Bumby Ave. The venue became infamous for drag-heavy programming, including burlesque acts by groups like Ivy Les Vixens. By 2023, Southern Nights  Tampa had become a staple of Florida's Pride scene. Kowalczyk accepted plaques at the Tampa Pride Grand Marshal Gala, where his bar was honored as a “Recognized Community Business.” Transqueer journalists lauded his contributions to “LGBTQ+ nightlife,” while the Orlando and Tampa locations branded themselves as cornerstones of “safe” queer culture. But the empire was built on lies. Southern Nights  was technically  an adult-only venue, but nowadays, teenagers are easily drawn into these scenes, whether through Pride parades, social media, or nightlife mystique. Eric Patrick’s role as a school teacher makes it even worse. The man who was entrusted with children’s education was allegedly distributing child pornography and grooming minors into sexual encounters the entire time. Parents who thought their children were safe in school unknowingly had a pedophile in the classroom. This is the same pattern Gays Against Groomers has exposed nationwide: activists leveraging institutional trust (schools, bars, nonprofits, libraries) to violate boundaries or infiltrate spaces where children are present. Patrick and Kowalczyk are symptoms of a larger issue: a movement that prioritizes “sexual liberation” over child protection. Southern Nights  and its sister venue, District Dive, issued statements distancing themselves: “We absolutely do not condone [the allegations]. Richard Kowalczyk has transferred his ownership and will step aside.” But the bars remain open, their stages intact, their communities untouched. Awards and honors once draped around Kowalczyk’s neck now cast a shadow over the entire Pride establishment that celebrated him. Politicians and media scrambled to respond. Representative Anna V. Eskamani publicized the charges on Facebook, detailing Kowalczyk’s business ties. Outlets like Orlando Weekly and Watermark  ran stories noting the bars’ prominence in queer nightlife. Even Libs of TikTok  amplified the scandal: “LGBTQ activist indicted for child s*x crimes,” noting Eric Patrick’s role as a teacher and referencing a 12-year-old victim. This case runs deep, and accountability has yet to follow. Predators hide behind pronouns, Pride awards, and drag spectacles in order to exploit institutions celebrated as “progressive” and “inclusive” all while targeting children. These spaces are not safe havens. They are shields for an ideology that puts kids in danger. The lesson is clear. Nightlife activism, Pride parades, drag venues, and even classrooms can be co-opted as pipelines for perverts. Southern Nights  is a case study in how child grooming goes unchecked when wrapped in Pride banners and applause from activists who refused to see the red flags. The receipts are public. The indictment is real. The evidence is shocking. Richard Kowalczyk and Eric Patrick have been exposed , but the rot runs deeper. Gays Against Groomers demands immediate action. The fallout has been swift but shallow, and Kowalczyk’s attorney, Fritz Scheller , insists on innocence, vowing to fight the charges. But the case against Richard Kowalczyk and Eric Patrick continues to drag on. The trial was originally set for March 3, 2025, but was postponed to the August 2025 term after an unopposed motion and a waiver of speedy trial rights through August 31, 2025. On July 15, 2025, the court granted another 60-day continuance, leaving the trial date uncertain, potentially pushed to October. Kowalczyk and Patrick were released on bond and remain free until a verdict is made.  Gays Against Groomers vows to keep these sick freaks on our watchlist until they are behind bars for their heinous crimes. The fight to protect children from harm continues, and this nightmare is proof that we must stay vigilant. • Charlie Kirk: A Martyr for Free Speech

Martyr refers to “someone who suffers persecution and death for advocating, renouncing, or refusing to renounce or advocate, a religious belief or other cause as demanded by an external party.” By this definition, it makes TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk a martyr for free speech and protecting children from irreversible harm. Charlie Kirk, at the young age of 31, was tragically murdered by a gunshot  wound through the carotid artery, leaving his wife and two young children behind. It is a dark day in America when someone is murdered simply because of what they believe in. Charlie was (and still is) well-known for making visits to college campuses where he engaged students in firm yet civil conversations on a wide variety of controversial topics. Charlie’s death will undoubtedly have an impact on the cultural landscape, and we hope it is one that encourages open debate and respect for those who disagree. The fact that his death is being celebrated by so many people with differing political beliefs is chilling and deeply worrisome. Calling everyone far-right  Nazis simply for wanting to protect children can lead to serious harm, and it is something we have dealt with every single day since the day our organization was founded. Charlie’s work was built on the very principles we stand for: making change requires building bridges and finding common ground with people who don’t think the same way you do.  Many recent mass-shooting and mass-casualty events share one disturbing common thread: the mentally ill, radicalized trans agenda. The Denver shooting, for example, was carried out by Lilly Whitworth , who had multiple deranged manifestos filled with “schizophrenic rants, and mentions of serial killers, politicians, and entertainers including the Columbine shooters and President Trump.” The Minneapolis church massacre on August 27, 2025, saw a trans-identified man, Robin Westman (born Robert Westman), open fire at Annunciation Catholic Church and School as children attended morning Mass. Two kids, aged 8 and 10, were killed, and 17 others, including fourteen children aged 6 to 15, were wounded. Vile messages painted on his guns, along with a manifesto mixing Russian and English, exposed the twisted ideology behind the attack. Just as Whitworth’s manifestos revealed a dangerous ideological spiral, the shooter’s partner also showed clear radicalization . He was immersed in Furry culture, which aligned with the disturbing messages printed on the weapon used to kill Charlie Kirk. A report  by Andy Ngo  revealed that Governor Spencer Cox told the Wall Street Journal in a piece published on Saturday: “It’s very clear to us and to the investigators that this was a person who was deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.” Kirk himself was in the middle of answering a question about trans shooters when he was shot in the neck on September 10. The trans partner’s social media  revealed interests in “sissy fetishism” and radical communism. The shooter’s trans partner openly disparaged Christians and believed he was in danger because of Donald Trump’s executive orders, many of which Gays Against Groomers supported and even had the opportunity to attend. While GLAAD  seized the moment to push their agenda and accuse Charlie of being hateful and bigoted, the truth is the opposite. Gays Against Groomers had the privilege of collaborating with TPUSA, and we always felt welcome. Attendees were kind, polite, and genuinely supportive. People listened to us. Not once did we ever feel hated. Charlie never harbored hate in his heart. He shared space with everyone and encouraged dialogue. Gays Against Groomers exists in large part because TPUSA opened doors for us and welcomed us into their events. For that, we will always be grateful. He hosted us at his convention every year, providing us a booth and helping us reach thousands. He platformed us when no one else would. He was always kind and welcoming, making sure our message was heard. In 2022, we attended AmericaFest, the largest TPUSA convention, where we printed and distributed our own newspapers outlining our concerns with gender ideology and child safeguarding. For an organization silenced and banned from platforms, we saw it as our American duty to exercise freedom of the press when others sought to take away our freedom of speech. The newspapers were a huge hit. Within three days, we distributed 4,000 copies. The positive feedback inspired us to create the news outlet our supporters know and love today. From there, we launched RADAR in 2023, followed by publishing books and upgrading our AmericaFest booth in 2024, where we distributed copies of the books our team created. None of this would have been possible without Charlie Kirk and TPUSA. This year, when we collaborated with TPUSA in Tennessee, we met members who treated us like family. They were passionate, kind, and deeply respectful, holding Charlie in the highest regard. We have no doubt that they will continue his legacy of protecting children. There is no higher calling than answering that mission. May Charlie Kirk’s memory and moral example continue to light the way as we carry the torch to save the most vulnerable among us. Our hearts and prayers are with Charlie Kirk’s family. Charlie Kirk may have been murdered, but his voice has not been silenced. He remains a martyr for free speech, for truth, and for the protection of children. America is hurting right now. Violence and death toward political opposition must end. Using violence to silence opposition is abhorrent, disgusting, and downright evil. Charlie was an ally of Gays Against Groomers and will be missed, not only by us, but by millions, if not billions, worldwide. May he rest in peace. References Tyler O'Neil. • United States v. Skrmetti: What SCOTUS Did (and Didn’t) Say

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in favor of the State of Tennessee in United States v. Skrmetti , upholding the state’s law that prohibits medical gender transition procedures for minors. This landmark case  was a major victory in the fight to protect children and a reaffirmation of constitutional restraint. This Skrmetti  decision affirms that, even in an era of cultural intensity, the Constitution remains steadfast in its principles. The Court declined to create a new protected class or expand judicial power, leaving authority over controversial medical procedures for minors to the democratic process. At the heart of the decision is the Court’s recognition that the State of Tennessee has a legitimate and compelling interest in protecting children from undergoing experimental medical interventions. The majority acknowledged that gender transition procedures, including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries, carry significant risks and remain the subject of ongoing medical debate. As Chief Justice Roberts wrote, “ That medical experts are still debating such issues serves only to highlight the propriety of allowing the states to decide for themselves how to proceed. A state is free to move cautiously while doctors and the scientific community work out their differences.”  Photo : Gays Against Groomers SCOTUS Decision The decision  has generated strong reactions , but much of the commentary has misunderstood what the court said, and what it did not say. What follows is a clear breakdown of the majority opinion and its implications for the future. Tennessee’s law, known as SB1, prohibits medical providers from administering puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or performing surgeries for gender transition in individuals under the age of 18. It does not  ban those same treatments when used to treat other conditions, nor does it apply to adults.  Three trans-identified minors, their parents, and a physician challenged SB1 in federal court. They argued  that it violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment by discriminating based on sex and transgender status. The Biden administration joined the suit, backing their claims. The Supreme Court rejected their argument. Writing for the majority, Chief Justice John Roberts held that SB1 does not violate the Constitution, as it does not classify based on sex or transgender status. Instead, the law classifies based on age and medical purpose, which are not suspect categories under the Court’s precedent. Therefore, the law was reviewed under the most lenient standard of judicial review: rational basis. Under that standard, a law is upheld so long as it is reasonably related to a legitimate government interest. Photo : Supreme Court of the United States Rational Basis Rational basis review is the default level of scrutiny applied by courts when evaluating most laws under the Equal Protection Clause. It simply asks whether the law is reasonably related to a legitimate government objective. This standard does not require the government to prove the law is perfect or the best possible solutions—only that it is not arbitrary or irrational. Unless a law targets a suspect class (like race or sex) or burdens a fundamental right, rational basis is usually all that is required.  Roberts emphasized that courts do not second-guess legislatures unless a law targets a fundamental right or a protected class. SB1 applies equally to all minors, regardless of their sex or gender identity. That neutrality means that heightened scrutiny is not triggered. As Roberts put it, laws that affect certain groups more than others aren’t unconstitutional unless they treat them unequally on an impermissible basis.  Plaintiffs’ Argument and Court’s Response The plaintiffs claimed SB1 was discriminatory because its effects depended on a person’s sex: a trans boy is denied testosterone that a biological boy might receive for other medical reasons. The Court rejected this reasoning, clarifying that the law regulates medical procedures by purpose and not by who is receiving them or the identity of the patient. The same drug may be allowed or disallowed depending on why it is being prescribed. Drawing that line is common in medicine, including under FDA regulations, and does not constitute sex discrimination.  Photo : Slate Magazine  Bostock v. Clayton County The plaintiffs leaned on Bostock v. Clayton County, 590 U.S. ___ ( 2020 ), where the court held that firing someone for being transgender constitutes sex discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. But Roberts noted that Bostock   was a statutory case involving employment law. This case is about the Constitution, and the Equal Protection Clause has different standards. In short, the test used in Bostock   to determine sex discrimination does not apply here.  The majority did not directly state whether or not being transgender is a protected class. Since the Court found that SB1 does not classify on the basis of transgender status, it declined to address whether transgender people are a suspect or quasi-suspect class deserving of heightened protection.  Photo : Gays Against Groomers Factors and Criteria Justice Barrett, joined by Justice Thomas, addressed the issue in her concurrence . She applied the traditional criteria for suspect classification: whether the group has (1) an obvious or immutable trait, (2) a history of discrimination, and (3) political powerlessness. While acknowledging past discrimination, she questioned whether transgender status meets the other two factors, particularly immutability and political powerlessness, given the strong support from the Biden administration and national institutions. Her conclusion: transgender status does not warrant heightened scrutiny under existing equal protection doctrine. Although not binding, this concurrence  signals how some members of the Court may approach future cases on the matter. But for now, because SB1 was facially neutral and did not single out transgender individuals as a class, the Court declined to reach the broader classification question.  Ultimately, the Court upheld  SB1 because it found that the law serves a legitimate purpose: protecting minors from undergoing experimental, irreversible procedures while medical consensus is still evolving. Because the law is facially neutral and reasonably related to that purpose, it survives rational basis review.  Photo : ABC News Why This Ruling Matters  This ruling is a pivotal step in restoring medical ethics to public policy surrounding children and gender medicine. The Court made clear that disagreement about medical policy does not equal unconstitutionality. States have the authority—and, many would argue, the duty—to protect minors from irreversible medical interventions whose long-term consequences remain deeply contested. This decision affirms  that elected lawmakers can act to shield children from ideologically driven experimentation without running afoul of the Constitution.  More than 20 states have already enacted laws restricting gender transition procedures for minors (see United States v. Skrmetti, slip op. at 1). The Supreme Court has now made clear that such laws are constitutionally sound. But the fight is not over—this is just the beginning. The real work begins now. Every state in the union should act to protect its children from irreversible procedures rooted in ideology rather than evidence. The Court has given states the green light to act boldly, and it is now up to voters, legislators, and advocates to ensure those protections are enacted nationwide.  References ABC News, Map: Where Gender-Affirming Care Is Targeted Across the U.S., ABC News (July 2, 2025), https://abcnews.go.com/amp/US/map-gender-affirming-care-targeted-us/story?id=97443087 .  Am. • HIV Text Message Program Targets Underage Boys Behind Parents’ Backs

The NIH-funded Project SHAG , an 18-month trial, targets 5,000 boys aged 13 to 22 who have engaged in anal sex. It entails bombarding boys as young as 13 with graphic texts about sex and PrEP drugs, all while cutting parents out completely. Run by the Center for Innovative Public Health Research (CiPHR) in California, it aims to increase HIV and STI testing, promote PrEP and PEP, and track HIV incidence among sexual minority males across the United States. Social media influencers promote Project SHAG by luring kids on platforms they’re glued to while parents are left clueless. Gays Against Groomers sees this as a “progressive” agenda to sexualize youth, using phones to bypass family oversight. The program is led by Michele Ybarra , a Johns Hopkins  adjunct with a history of tech-based programs , including a teen pregnancy prevention program  for sexual minority girls (TP2AH000035) and Uganda’s CyberSenga  (R01 MH080662). Robert Garofalo, a Northwestern trans clinic leader known for fundraising for “trans youth” via Fred Says , serves as editor-in-chief for Transgender Health . Laura Bogart , from RAND , specializes in HIV disparities. Daniel Feaster from University of Miami, with 30 years in HIV trials, handles data analysis. Sheana Bull from University of Colorado focuses on mobile health interventions for STIs. CEO Joseph Schwab  (@joeschwab) leverages tech experience from Apple and Sony. Partners include GLSEN, Harvard, UCSF, Michigan State University, and Mbarara University in Uganda, backed by NIH grant U01HD108738 . Recruitment uses pure predator tactics. Ads on Instagram ( @projectshag ), Snapchat (@projectshag), and dating apps target “guys into guys,” aiming to hook 6,667 youths to get 5,000 participants over 27 months, with monthly targets of 100 youths under 18. Kids visit a website, complete an eligibility  screener requiring anal sex in the past 12 months, English proficiency, exclusive phone ownership with unlimited texting, internet access for surveys, and no ties to other HIV programs or SHAG  participants. Then, they are randomized into a sexual health intervention experimental group or a lifestyle control group, receiving 8 to 15 daily texts for eight weeks, followed by booster messages for months. These texts, recycled from CiPHR’s Guy2Guy  and Girl2Girl  programs, link to condom demo videos, coach kids to pitch PrEP to partners, and pair them with Text Buddies for chats, monitored only for vague signs of unhealthy behavior. For 13-year-olds, messages like, “PrEP is a pill you take every day or a shot you get every 2 months. It reduces your risk of HIV by 99%,” promote routine testing every three months and set these kids up with LGBTQ-specific doctors via LGBTQ+ Health Directory . Built on programs like In This toGether  for Ugandan youth , the intervention uses generalized linear models to estimate effects on HIV incidence, PrEP/PEP use, HIV status, and STI rates, with longitudinal models for outcomes over time, sent to devices parents can’t monitor. SHAG  waives parental permission for kids under 18, claiming it protects them from victimization if outed. Staff, trained in Human Subjects Protections, conduct phone assessments with minors to confirm their capacity to consent, using a modified Evaluation to Consent Form to evaluate their understanding of risks, such as parents discovering texts; those who hesitate are excluded. HIV test kits, using OraQuick for photo-verified results, are mailed in secret, using plain packages to friends’ addresses or Amazon lockers, with USPS tracking so kids can pick them up. Younger boys, aged 13 to 17, or 18-year-olds still in high school, can skip testing and self-report HIV status without proof. The protocol spends pages on these covert logistics, outlining a deliberate secrecy pact, with consent forms emailed only if requested for safety reasons. Ybarra’s past, including CyberSenga in Uganda and BullyDown for middle schoolers, shows a pattern: using tech to bypass parents and reprogram kids. Garofalo’s trans clinics and fundraising, Bogart’s focus on HIV disparities, and Feaster’s data work align with this operation, all supported by GLSEN’s efforts to promote gender ideology in schools. Gays Against Groomers views this as an initiative that brands itself as “progressive,” but in actuality, it is a well-funded project backed by elite institutions that may contribute to the normalization of high-risk sexual behavior in youth, override parental authority, and erode boundaries between children and adults, all under the guise of “care” and “safety.” It is anything but.
