  • Radar Naughty List: Tara Lipsyncki

Tara Leana (aka: Tara Lipsyncki), a transgender drag queen and “ordained minister” from The Church of Fabulosity in Utah, hosts All-Ages Drag Shows and has expressed that he is very proud to be doing so. According to The Church of Fabulosity's website, “We are a non-denominational church. We provide free minister ordinations to all that come to us…” We sent a disapproval letter regarding the all-ages drag show and she promptly responded to our Chapter Leader. Lipsyncki claims they are federally protected as their drag show involving children is “a protected religious service” and will consider any more targeting of her group as a "hate crime against our religious liberties.” We would like to note that the church has never been "targeted.” Contrary to Lenea’s beliefs, it is a protected federal right for protestors to protest even a church, something that has occurred in this country for over two centuries thanks to the First Amendment, and also frequently happens in Utah on a wide range of issues. Clearly sending a simple email in an attempt to discuss the suspected issue does not fall under a “hate crime.”  That is unless Lenea believes his “ministry” of drag performances for children is so special it is above all other laws in our country. In the email, Lipsyncki also states that "all people involved in our show have extensive background checks, and no drag artist in the show is on any state of federal registries." Interesting, because we discovered quite easily that the owner of the Sweet Hazel & Co, where Lipsyncki routinely hosts his all-ages drag shows, happens to be convicted of a felony in Utah for “selling her 13 year old daughter's virginity for $10,000.” A quick Google search revealed that she is also a convicted sex offender with many news reports about her not just across Utah, but across the entire United States as well as international news media! So much for "extensive background checks.” Lipsyncki had two drag shows scheduled in November and December (with discounts for minors) but had to reschedule. Lipsyncki stated, in a different email, that they did not host the drag events due to "threats from bigots" which forced them to leave Sweet Hazel & Co and move to a new venue. So, it was not because the owner of the facility hosting the events is a convicted sex offender? Lipsyncki went on in that same email to state the event was moved to his bookstore in Provo. Is the bookstore now considered a church? Have they filed the required paperwork to change the licensing of the establishment’s type of business? It should also be noted that Lipsyncki has a history of trying to sue people to gain access to children, as she was involved in a lawsuit against the City of St. George, Utah and its city leaders when the city refused to grant a permit to the Southern Utah Drag Stars to perform drag for children in a city-owned park. Lipsyncki was scheduled to be the host of that event. Oh, and one more thing we forgot to mention: Lipsyncki just released a children's book about drag called Letter From The Queen. Charming. One has to ask, Why are drag queens so intent at gaining access to children specifically when for decades they performed for only adults? Why the sudden demand for nonstop access to children by these adult performers? Why are they suddenly pretending children attending her drag shows are “critical to their survival,” as Lipsyncki claims. What is the actual agenda behind raunchy drag shows for children? People like Tara Lenea (Tara Lipsyncki) always say, “Drag is not dangerous to children!” History has proven otherwise with so many of these all-age drag show “performers” arrested for assaulting children and child pornography. Not just here in the USA, but across the globe. Here are just a FEW drag queen performers and drag story hour readers that have taken advantage of children, including a Judge that was a top Drag Queen Story Hour sponsor who was arrested for possessing child pornography: SUPPORT OUR WORK

  • Radar Naughty List: One·n·Ten

In today’s crazy and mixed-up world, I often find myself wondering what happened to common sense and good judgment? I know the majority of people have a decent understanding of reality, but when it comes to the individuals who are platformed by the media…common sense is not so common. Content creators know that the audience will salivate over insanity and chaos, and they take advantage of this in order to get ratings. Merriam Webster Dictionary defines common sense as the ability to reach intelligent conclusions. The word "sense" implies a reliable ability to judge and decide with soundness, prudence, and intelligence. A choice showing good common sense suggests an average degree of such ability without sophistication or special knowledge. "Good judgment" implies that one is tempered and refined by experience, training, and maturity. Minors are not mature enough to understand this. They are impressionable and lack the foresight to make decisions about their bodies. A teacher, healthcare worker, or even camp counselor can go so far as influencing kids to take puberty blockers or cut off body parts to play a role that most kids grow out of. When members of our Arizona chapter went to Gay Pride Day in Phoenix, our mission was to see how many vendors catered to gender dysphoria and transition. All of the vendors told us that we needed to talk to One·n·Ten because they offered everything for a child to transition, including puberty blockers and surgery. When we spoke with a One·n·Ten volunteer, they had no problem telling us about all the ways they assist in child sterilization. They mentioned a private Facebook group that helps minors with transitioning. We were even given a business card. They seemed proud to be participating in the biggest medical scandal since the lobotomy. Who are these people? And why do they seem to have a monopoly on "trans kids?" So, we did some investigating. And what we found was very disturbing. They are based out of Phoenix, Arizona and are surprisingly very well-funded. In 2017, they claimed 72 corporate partners in their annual report. No further annual reports were uploaded after 2017. According to their current website, the list of sponsors was surprisingly long and featured some very powerful organizations. They thank the following sponsors: Cox (Communications, WiFi, etc), SRP (Salt River Project), Estrella Jalisco (Anheuser-Busch/Bud Light), Osborn Maledon (a law firm in Phoenix), Wells Fargo, Bank of America, ADP (Automatic Data Processing), Sprouts, Petsmart, Mercy Care, Sprouts Health Communities Foundation, Discover, Toshiba, Fry’s Grocer (Kroger), American Airlines, and APS (Arizona Public Service). They work with Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s “Gender Support Program.” According to their website: “The Gender Support team understands that the process of gender development is unique to each individual. Our specialists in pediatrics, adolescent medicine and psychology work closely with youth, families, physicians, mental health therapists and other providers who may be involved in the child’s care. Our program offers many services: Consults with families about parenting strategies and support for gender-affirming children and youth. Consults about using medicines to suppress puberty. Consults about gender-affirming hormonal therapy. Consults and offers referrals for readiness evaluation. Refers patients to experienced mental health providers and specialists at Phoenix Children’s for ongoing support. Supports and advocates for patients and families through various aspects of transition. These include transitioning in schools and completing legal name and gender marker changes. We would like to make something clear: It is disgusting and inexcusable for a child to be getting any of these services, even legally changing their name. No child under the age of 18 should be subjected to this. Zip. Zero. Nada. Not even one. Here at RADAR News, our dedicated journalists put in a lot of effort to highlight the importance of language. Many "queer" resources use language that intentionally blurs the boundaries between male/female and adult/child. The reason why this is so worrisome is because those boundaries are ingrained in us during childhood. Children typically use age and biological sex as markers while describing others. The two things that children first point out are whether someone is a "boy or girl" and whether they are a "kid or grown-up." Queer Theory is systematically designed to eradicate both of these boundaries and erode safeguarding. And this is done on purpose. Queer Studies academics like Judith Butler stress the importance of using language to change culture and blur boundaries. Upon reading the phrases "trans youth,” "LGBTQIA+ youth,” or “young people,” most people assume that this refers to boys and girls (minors). However, when certain organizations use the word "youth," it simultaneously refers to children and young adults, thus blurring that boundary. We discovered that One·n·Ten is one of these organizations. They have a Discord server for "LGBTQ+ Youth" to have conversations in chat rooms and the ability to send/post photos and videos. One·n·Ten's Discord server is for "youth” between 13 to 24 years old: adults and children. They have a “rewards program” where children get rewarded with prizes for referring other 13 to 24-year-olds and they get entered into a raffle. Yes, this is real. According to the local news, "We developed a discord platform, and we saw an increase of attendance. We also started doing gaming and streaming two nights a week on Twitch,” said Sebastian Blackwell, Satellite Program Manager for One As a result, One·n·Ten reached 700 youth within one month. This organization received a multiyear, $500,000 grant from The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation. The funds will support One·n·Ten’s online digital programs, in person satellite sites and Camp OUTdoors. One·n·Ten serves LGBTQ+ and allied “youth ages 11-24 by promoting self-expression, self-acceptance and healthy life choices.” On the One·n·Ten website, it specifies that their queer camp is also for "youth" aged 11-24. Camp OUTdoors for “youth” are housed by age, not based on gender identity/expression. Male and female campers are housed in the same facilities, which should immediately set off some alarm bells. The activity calendars have a variety of activities for “young people” to do. The age range is 14-24. No supervision is specified. This is unacceptable. On their website, when entering information in the child’s profile, the child’s sex or gender are not even asked about and there is limited information for parents. The only information for parents on this hellsite is a page on conversion therapy. In the description, it loosely describes conversion therapy for gay or bisexual people and then applies this to trans-identified children. It makes no distinction between the two. Conflating sexual orientation (LGB) with “gender identity” (TQ+) in any context is not only irresponsible…it can also be dangerous. These two concepts have nothing in common. Therefore, one must differentiate between conversion therapy and psychodynamic gender-exploratory therapy. According to Genspect, “conversion practices which are physically and psychologically harmful should, of course, be prohibited as human rights violations ... Conversion therapy is an outdated and barbaric practice that was offered decades ago. Cruel treatments such as aversion therapy and electroconvulsive treatments were utilized; which caused severe psychological, and even physical harm. However, psychodynamic technique does not entail purposeful attempts to convert, change or shift an individual's sexuality or identity. It aims to clarify the role of various overt or covert influences upon the patient's thoughts and behaviors, and its practice should be free of arbitrary interference by the State. Psychotherapy that aims to differentiate among various mental health conditions that superficially resemble each other cannot be said to violate any rights. Legislation that does not distinguish between competent psychotherapy and abusive practices is arbitrary and encroaches upon the private sphere by impinging on personality rights, and also associational rights by having a chilling effect on therapeutic relationships." One·n·Ten does not even mention the recent emergence of comorbidities between pediatric trans-identification and autism, anxiety, or eating disorders. There is no mention of high-quality mental health care for gender-distressed children. This implies that gender affirmation (“gender-affirmative care”) is the only method of dealing with a child’s distress, which can lead to serious, risky medical interventions before a child can consent. We believe that the evidence offered to parents misuses the phrase “conversion therapy” to push the “affirmation only” model and make misleading infographics based on self-report and suicidality. They claim that this self-reported suicide “attempt” rate is due to lack of affirmation of their “identity.” This is the least reliable source of data. It ignores multiple confounding variables such as psychopathological comorbidity and pushes the lie that minors who do not medically transition are at a high risk of suicide. There are multiple studies that disprove this lie. Under the Health and Wellness tab, they offer monthly gender affirming topics such as hormones, surgeries, binding, tucking, and where to find “gender-affirming care.” No exploration is encouraged whatsoever. The source for their propaganda is The Trevor Project, a biased and corrupt organization that pushes the very same “affirmation” model. I grew up in the 1970’s. It was a completely different generation. For those of you who grew up during that time period: Do you remember when the school would call your parents for any little thing you did wrong? Nowadays, there are some states that will support a child in a gender transition and not even contact the parents! It is mind-blowing that this is considered the go-to organization in Arizona for parents of gender-distressed kids. They lie to families, use botched statistics to justify child abuse, deceive children, take no accountability for the dangers of "gender-affirming care,” lack proper safeguarding, and have no problem blurring the line between adults and children. Who decided that One·n·Ten knows more about what is best for a child than the parents? We're not sure. From what we've seen so far, it is obvious that they are NOT using common sense and good judgment. We do not co-parent with corrupt "LGBTQIA+" non-profits. It is going to take parents, politicians, and your average Joe America. citizens to stand up and say NO MORE. This manipulation must come to an end and Gays Against Groomers is on the forefront of shutting down this scandal for good. REFERENCES Alexis Garibay (2020, November 19). • Radar Naughty List: VICE

Earlier this month, VICE celebrated a 6-year-old boy named Asa, who has been groomed into becoming a drag performer known as “Lulu LovelyTwirls.” Asa began performing at the age of four after his parents, Aaron and Jennifer, took him to a Pride event, where they claim he got the idea of becoming a drag queen. Jennifer, Asa’s mother, attributes Asa’s love of drag to his love of dance and that “the real conversation about drag started the first time he went to Pride with us.” Aaron, Asa’s father, didn’t see anything wrong with bringing their son to a pride festival despite Asa being four years old, because he “thought it would be a good way to bring our kids and let them see the diversity of the world around us.” Asa soon became obsessed with drag. He started referring to himself as a drag queen and started doing monthly performances. Asa has become a star in the industry, with not only his parents celebrating his performances, but has also led to one of the hairstylists claiming that Asa could become the next RuPaul. The boys’ mother claims that “he was born to do this,” and that this is “genuine.” “He said to me one day, ‘I’m going to go put on my dress and I am going to sing and you are going to video me and put me on Facebook. Everybody can give me likes.’ And I said, ‘okay,’” Asa’s mother claims. Asa’s father told VICE that he still considers his family to be “traditional” but “we have a child that’s interested in something that’s maybe not as traditional.” VICE loved the story of a 4-year-old becoming a drag queen so much that they did an entire video on Asa’s rise to fame, and followed Asa around as he showed them his barbie doll house and pride flags that he has displayed in his room. Child Protective Services being called on the family wasn’t even enough to get them to question what they are doing to their son. After the investigation, the parents doubled down and then started openly talking about their 6 year old son doing drag. Asa and his parents testified earlier this year after a bill was proposed by Nebraska state Senator Dave Murmin, that seeks to ban anyone under the age of 19 from attending drag shows and making it a Class I misdemeanor for those over the age of 19 that knowingly brings an individual under the age of 19 to a drag show. The bill bans anyone under the age of 21 from attending if the establishment does serve alcohol. Business or nonprofit owners who host drag shows could also face a misdemeanor charge if someone underage attends the show and the establishment would face fines of $10,000 for each violation. Trans extremist Erin Reed, our biggest fan, made a viral dishonest tiktok video scaremongering about a similar bill and condemned it partly because Gays Against Groomers is cited on page 14. The courts took a quote from our website, which said that most gay adults disagree with pushing drag events onto children. They specified that this was a case of grown adults dancing provocatively for minors. Gays Against Groomers was referenced in order to reinforce the fact that cross-dressing for children has nothing to do with "gay or lesbian rights,” and "transvestism is not indicative of being gay or lesbian.” It even cites multiple examples of gender non-conforming people and differentiates between gay rights and grown adults putting on inappropriate shows with minors. These bills have nothing to do with being gay and everything to do with protecting children from these horrid drag events. Shame on you, Vice. Drag is not for kids. And it is not controversial to say so. REFERENCES ABC News 8. (2023, January 13). • Radar Naughty List: Erin Reed, Self-Proclaimed Extreme TRA

Erin Reed, one of our biggest fans who recently shouted us out in a viral Tiktok of disinformation, lives life through the religious lens of gender ideology. Erin is a self proclaimed “independent LGBTQ+ journalist and activist,” constantly scouring for stories to weaponize in the name of “trans liberation.” A post-op male to female transsexual, Erin preaches a set of ideals that dictate anything goes when it comes to gender; you’re trans if you say you are and anyone who disagrees is a bigoted transphobe who needs re-education. And that’s exactly what Erin offers through “her” website, where you can request Erin as a speaker to hop on a soap box and tell you how to think so as not to offend the gender-confused crowd. Erin’s hobbies include tracking “anti-LGBTQ+” legislation (which typically protects children), gaslighting detransitioners, and “debunking” legitimate concerns regarding bottom surgeries and autogynephiles (AGP), men who are sexually aroused by the idea of dressing like or presenting as a woman. AGP’s can typically be identified by their interest in exhibitionism, humiliating fetishes, cross-dressing, and creepy comments about how turned on they feel about their transition, which may or may not be medical. According to Erin, autogynephilia isn’t real but makes a great joke. Like many Trans Radical Activists, Erin is perturbed by the existence of detransitioners and enjoys poking fun at their pain, even insulting their spiritual reasons behind detransitioning, all during an active crusade to create uniform thinking through paid speaking events. “If there’s this massive wave of transgender people regretting being trans, you would expect to find more of them,” Erin smirked into an iPhone earbud microphone while mocking detransitioners in a TikTok from September. “You always see the same dozen.” But a simple search of “detrans” on social media platforms shows far more than a dozen detransitioners, many of whom prefer to stay out of the spotlight due to the negative attention and bullying they receive from people like Erin, who love to insist that detransitioners are so rare they basically don’t matter. Many users respond to detransitioners with sarcasm and resentment, labeling them as “fear mongering” and further isolating them from the community as pariahs. But what the neo-LGBTQ+ activists truly fear is the truth damaging their delusions and precious set of cult rules that can’t be questioned. For instance, Erin isn’t a fan of transmedicalism, or the idea that in order to be considered truly transsexual, one must undergo a complete medical transition so as to pass as the opposite sex undetected. This is in spite of the fact that Erin has undergone bottom surgery, something “she” logged on X in a disturbingly contradictory thread about “her” neo-vagina. Erin, if you have to dilate it, then it is in fact not a natural vagina, but an artificial canal. There is no womb or ovaries present beyond this dead-end canal. Meaning you don’t have to see a gynecologist; the average woman can’t believe menstruation cycles and the dreaded “metal duck examination" are things MTFs actually envy! And cutting your penis to have it shoved inside of you to replicate what you envy sounds an awful lot like self-mutilation, though if it makes you happy that’s great for you. It doesn’t always go so well for others, even when they insist they don’t regret it. Take Zaya Perysian and Jammi Dodger, for example. Zaya, an MTF with a TikTok account carrying a whopping 4.7M, cried in a year old video updating “her” followers about a development from bottom surgery the doctors called vaginal stenosis, referring to a buildup of scar tissue in the artificially created canal. This is one of many complications that can occur, and why post-op MTFs are always instructed to dilate regularly by shoving a dildo into the hole, much like spinning a fresh piercing to avoid the wound closing around the penetrated site. “I don’t regret it, I do NOT regret the surgery,” Zaya emphasized several times in the video. “But no one told me how hard recovery was gonna be.” As a result of the complication, Zaya had to undergo a second surgery in which the canal, originally a penile inversion, was replaced with a section of colon, which can lead to a persistent odor of (you guessed it) feces. Jammi Dodger, a UK citizen featured on PinkNews (self-identified rivals of GAG) and popular YouTube creator with over 1M subscribers, is an FTM who nearly died during phalloplasty surgery from an arterial bleed and refilling hematoma that had to be squeezed twice. Jammi also had to undergo a follow-up surgery to stop the bleeding. “I’ve never experienced so much pain in my life,” Jammi recalled. “The whole experience has made me terrified to ever have surgery again.” Jammi went on to say that the story “wasn’t meant to put people off from having lower surgery,” but is clearly suffering with PTSD from the harrowing experience. The hypocrisy of being traumatized from a surgery while still recommending it is one of the most concerning aspects of radical trans activists. People like Erin, Zaya and Jammi all insist that it’s a lifesaving surgery, with or without complications. But to admit regret is to betray the community, made apparent by the radicals’ disdain for detransitioners. But perhaps the most dangerous and irresponsible thing Erin has ever done is create a searchable “informed consent map.” We’ll let Erin explain what that is and how it works. You heard that right. Erin is leading absolutely anyone old enough to do a Google search to people who will affirm and fast track hormone therapy for gender transition purposes. Combine this tool with Erin’s state guide to trans safety, and a confused minor could easily plan an escape to a “trans sanctuary” state and start hormones without parental consent. We make it our mission to explain why people like Erin are damaging the community. Not only is Erin Reed an absurd hypocrite, but “she” is openly aiding and abetting crimes against children by guiding them into medicalizing themselves before they can even understand the long term possibilities. No child can possibly know they’re transgender, and it is far safer to wait until adulthood to make a fully informed decision. Erin goes so hard for gender-confused individuals (especially minors) that it’s almost as if “she” is trying a little too hard to convince the world that “she” is happy with transitioning. While acknowledging the binary of undergoing surgery as a male to present as female, Erin simultaneously insists that trans is essentially whatever you want it to be, as long as you hate your body. It’s almost as if deep down, Erin harbors some regret of “her” own. From the ridicule of AGPs to a hypocritical stance on medicalization, perhaps Erin knows “her” life is a lie. After all, if genitals don’t define gender, why would anyone need to alter them? Food for thought, Erin. Merry Christmas. • Genspect: The Bigger Picture

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) is a global authority for gender medicine and makes the recommendations for "gender-affirming care." The WPATH guidelines center affirmation-only interventions, endorse social transition in schools without parental consent, encourage the use of GnRH agonists to "block puberty” in addition to cross-sex hormones, and even recommend surgery with little regard for child development and mental health comorbidities. WPATH does this without the presence of high quality data and research and is riddled with corruption. Many mental health practitioners, physicians, scientists, and concerned parents reject WPATH's approach. Their concern for the lack of science and common-sense based alternatives in gender medicine is what inspired the creation of Genspect. Genspect aims to balance the problematic framework offered by WPATH and its subsidiaries by holding conferences in the same location as WPATH. They offer free entry to WPATH ticket holders in an attempt to bridge the gap and create more thoughtful and science-based options for gender-distressed youth. One of Gays Against Groomers’ chapter members had the pleasure of traveling to their Denver Conference, Genspect: The Bigger Picture, which was attended by more than 250 people and featured two dozen speakers. Topics ranged from evolutionary biology, the importance of non-partisanship, accurate statistics about detransition, ROGD parents, and detransitioners who have been irreversibly harmed by the affirmation model. Live episode of “A Wider Lens” with Stella O’Malley (founder and director of Genspect), Sasha Ayad, and Chloe Cole The wide range of speakers included journalist Michael Shellenberger, journalist Wesley Yang, researcher and fellow at the Manhattan Institute Leor Sapir, legal warrior and whistleblower Vernadette Ramirez Broyles, gender clinic whistleblower Jamie Reed, Dr. Stephen Levine, puberty blocker researcher Zhenya Abruzzese, Denise Caignon of 4thwavenow.com, psychotherapist and author Dr. Joe Burgo, psychotherapist and author Stella O’Malley, research scientist and author Dr. Heather Heying, evolutionary biologist Dr. Colin Wright, gender medicine and autism journalist Christina Buttons, Dr. Carrie Mendoza, mother and advocate January Littlejohn, professor and author Alex Byrne, political commentator James Lindsay, coach and women’s sports activist Linda Blade, Shannon Thrace who published a book about losing her partner of 15 years to gender identity ideology, attorney and mother Erin Friday, detransitioner Prisha Mosley, and professor Wilfred Reilly. Christina Buttons summed up the crux of the issues with medically transitioning children, saying that informed consent is impossible when professionals do not give the patient all of the information they need. Genspect is developing its own Gender Framework. We highly encourage others to read through the first draft, which is available here. "The Gender Framework" offers a comprehensive examination of compassionate care for gender-distressed youth, presenting an alternative to the increasingly aggressive standards set by WPATH. It discusses concerns such as the rise of “male lesbians,” the presence of sexually explicit materials in school libraries, the implementation of sex-segregated spaces, and the importance of upholding sex-based human rights laws. The document highlights the influence of pornography on the classroom and the emergence of a social contagion of trans identification amongst girls and boys. Taking a critical stance, the framework thoroughly examines the role of autism and comorbidities. It elaborates on the transition of LGB teenagers, highlighting that a significant portion of the minors being transitioned would likely just grow up to identify as gay or bisexual. The authors warn that transitioning kids is a new form of gay conversion therapy, which Gays Against Groomers has been sounding the alarms about since last summer. Providing a holistic approach and model legislation, Genspect underscores the need for adequate health care for detransitioners and ways to address the lifelong ramifications of “gender-affirming” sexual mutilation. Genspect's framework seems to have what is best in mind for gay people in the United States. We appreciate the consideration of same-sex oriented people and correcting gay rights history revisionism. In a Q&A session, a heartbroken California father tearfully shared that his son was diagnosed with gender dysphoria at the age of three, and has legally been denied all contact with his son for two years because he does not consent to the social transition of his preschool child. He is completely alienated from his five year old son. The panel responded compassionately, and the audience members, many of whom have “trans-identified” children, were deeply affected. The Gender Framework makes it clear that the emerging patterns of cross-sex identification are a direct outgrowth of the work of John Money and Harry Benjamin, proliferation of queer theory ideology, corruption in sexology research, and the overarching pornification of society. Genspect challenges the Blanchard model and criticizes sexologists who blur the boundaries between paraphilias and sexual orientations. The framework asserts a binary understanding of sexes (male and female) and grounds sexual orientation (heterosexual, homosexual, and bisexual) in biological sex, rejecting the classification of paraphilic disorders as sexual orientations. The only mention of "AAP" is exclusive to The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Genspect: The Bigger Picture was a success overall. We left with the buzz of hope for compassionate, evidence-based care for gender-distressed youth that does not include removing healthy body parts. The first draft of The Gender Framework indicates thorough coverage of complex issues surrounding this medical scandal, and we look forward to reading future additions to their proposed explanation. • Florida Librarian QUITS Over Pornography Restrictions in School Libraries

Tania Galinanes, a former librarian at Tohopekaliga High School located in Kissimme, Florida, recently quit her job over Florida’s alleged “book ban” and “censorship.” The librarian was instructed to review the books on the shelves to see if they were age-appropriate and did not include sexual content, in order to comply with a law passed in 2022 that forces elementary schools to provide a searchable list of every book available in their libraries or used in instruction. Florida's HB 1467 mandates that schools must catalog every book on their shelves, including those found in classroom libraries. Such laws are not being enacted to censor or “erase LGBTQ+ people,” as some critics claim. Their purpose is so that parents can see what their children have access to. The bill allows parents to challenge books that they find objectionable, and the school district is legally required to report it to the state. The school district informed Tania Galinanes that she was not to celebrate “Banned Books Week,” featuring books like Gender Queer: A Memoir and Let's Talk About It which include graphic cartoon images of children performing sexual acts. This crossed a line for her. “Have we forgotten that students should be reading for pleasure?” the former librarian wrote. She planned to spend the rest of her career working as a librarian but after watching parents read aloud from books they described as a danger to children, and a recent state law that required library books not contain sexual content, she couldn’t take it anymore and quit her job as a librarian. In our opinion, Florida's HB 1557, the so-called “Don't Say Gay” bill, did not go far enough. It only applied up to 3rd graders, which are 8 years old. Gays Against Groomers' Florida chapter even testified in support of expanding it throughout high school, which was met with protests and an insurrection. For Tania, her job was about children finding books that they loved, no matter what the content of that book was…even if it included sexually explicit material. 385 of these books have themes or instances of violence & physical abuse; 211 books detail sexual experiences between characters; and 229 of them promote the idea of being “trapped in the wrong body.” According to Florida law, schools may not distribute material that contains "nudity or sexual conduct, sexual excitement, sexual battery, bestiality, or sadomasochistic abuse and which is harmful to minors." Despite the narrative, these new laws are not about “banning books”, “censorship” or being “Anti-LGBTQ+” but about protecting innocent children. Florida's HB 1069 requires "the suspension of materials alleged to contain pornography or obscene depictions of sexual conduct, as identified in current law, pending resolution of an objection to the material." A decade ago, preventing children from having access to sexually graphic books at school wouldn’t have been controversial, on either side of the political aisle. But for some reason, common sense is being labeled as “extremist.” There is nothing extremist or anti-LGBTQ+ about preventing young children from having access to books with graphic sexual content, and implying otherwise is an insult to rational gays everywhere. Children have their entire lives ahead of them and their innocence should be protected as long as possible. If we lose a few teachers or librarians like Tania Galinanes because of laws that protect children from this abuse, then so be it. These policies are a win for parents and she does not speak on our behalf. REFERENCES Florida Department of Education. (2022). • Innocence Drained: How Queer Ideology's Bloodthirsty Agenda Sinks Its Fangs Into Your School Library

The term “covert action” often conjures images of spies lurking around corners, in bars, tailing suspects without being seen, and escaping impossible situations with specialized martial arts skills. It refers to “activities carried out in a concealed or clandestine manner, primarily to make [it] difficult, if not impossible, to trace the activities back to the sponsoring intelligence service or agency (Polmar and Allen, 1997).” Overt action, on the other hand, is traceable and completed out in the open. There’s an air of excitement when covert action is strategically displayed in thriller and spy books. When it comes to children’s books, however, covert action used to groom children is anything but exciting. There are many methods of grooming children to manipulate, exploit, and abuse them. Most adults are aware of and warn their children about the dangers of being online or staying away from strangers. When it comes to children’s books, though, parents and guardians may be unaware of the dangers lurking inside the pages. How is this possible? Children’s books used to be wholesome, fun, silly, innocent, and taught respect for oneself and others. Nowadays, many children’s books touted as wholesome and inclusive are actually part of a larger strategy to covertly groom a generation into following queer ideology. Queer ideology is not an identity, as many well-meaning individuals may believe. It is a cancerous political movement that has infiltrated books, television, civil rights laws, churches, and even school libraries. Currently, there is a battle between parents and school boards, parents and libraries, parents and politicians, politicians and school boards, etc., about what type of books children should be exposed to and at what age this exposure should be allowed. Most adults are genuinely concerned about inclusivity and exposing children to different cultures and religions. Their hearts are in the right place, and we recognize their good intentions. However, there is a misunderstanding about queer ideology within school books, especially when it comes to the children. In order to understand why queer ideology is not inclusive and does not belong in children’s books, we must first understand what queer theory is and why it insists on poisoning the minds of our youth. Essentially, children are tools sought to be used by queer theorists because they are viewed as “both a limit and a hope for queer theory” (Dyer, 2016). Rather than being inclusive of all people, queer theory intentionally seeks children out to groom them into “queer relationality, which breaks from the reproductive futurity of the normative classroom and nuclear family (Keenan & Mess, 2020).” Since core beliefs are formed by around age 7 (DKW, 2020), it makes sense that children’s books are purposefully used as vehicles to push this mind virus. In fact, the president of the American Library Association, Emily Drabinski, wrote a paper in 2013 called, “Queering the Catalog: Queer Theory and the Politics of Correction,” explaining the purpose of queer ideology within the library. In her paper, Drabinski makes her intentions for all libraries clear: “Queer theory provides a useful theoretical frame for rethinking the stable, fixed categories and systems of naming that characterize library knowledge organization schemes and strategies for helping users navigate them … Lesbian and gay studies grew out of the recognition that those identities were largely absent from the historical record … Queer theory, however, argued that this recuperative approach was dangerous. It froze identities in time and universalized them, erasing the real differences that accompany same-sex sexuality on the scales of time and place … For queer theory, systems of categorization and naming are inextricable from the historical contingencies of their own production; there can be no “correct” categorical or linguistic structures, only those that discursively emerge and circulate in a particular context … For queer theory, knowledge organization structures are productive, not merely representative. They do not smoothly represent reality but discursively produce it, constituting the field of potential identities users can either claim as true and authentic representations of themselves or resist as not quite correct.” From Drabinski's words, you can see that queer ideology is not compatible with “fixed categories” or any type of stable system. And it explicitly seeks to deconstruct these “fixed categories,” as they are considered to be oppressive. Eroding these fixed binary categories include blurring the boundaries between what makes people male or female, gay or straight, and adult or child. This is by design, since queer ideology’s roots are deeply embedded in political activism, purposefully disrupting stability (Lindsay, 2023). It attracts chaos. And that is only the tip of the iceberg. “Queer theory now includes a robust literature that rethinks and reinhabits the child with attention to its queer character (Dyer, 2016). The idea that children need to be inhabited by queer characters is covertly applied in Flavia Z. Drago’s book, Vlad the Fabulous Vampire. The illustrations are well done and enjoyable. Also, the concept of a vampire child having anxiety over being different is appealing to a lot of parents. However, a closer inspection of the book reveals a more disturbing secret than the one Vlad is hiding: this book is covertly grooming your child into queer ideology. We never learn how or why the protagonist reacts to his problems with anxiety. We are only made aware that he is anxious about being different and has to hide his true self. Not only is he hiding who he is from his parents, but his anxiety suddenly goes away when his friend, Shelley, reveals she has a similar secret and they venture beyond the woods into a hidden place in an effort to make Vlad feel safe – a place where he can “simply be himself.” Vlad the Fabulous Vampire covertly exploits children using manipulation among the illustrations. One of the most alarming illustrations in this book is an androgynous older male hanging out with little children. Is he an older brother? A trusted adult? Another child who simply looks older? The family butler? The baby-sitter? Unfortunately, we are never told who he is or why he is with the children. However, by the end of the book, we discover that this creepy individual is transgender and children are forced to watch his transition from beginning to end. His transition begins with crossdressing. He trades his suit for a tutu and by the end of the book, his transition is complete and he is in a flowing, pink gown and a giant hair bow. Apparently, “there is a little bit of Vlad in all of us.” As if this was not odd enough, there is another scene that stands out above the rest. Before he fully transitions, he is seen skating with the children in his tutu. While skating, he lifts his leg high in the air, flashing the child. The boy immediately falls to the ground. “Of course, there were lots of times when Vlad still felt insecure. But when he did, there was always someone he could count on.” The illustrations suggest to the reader that Vlad fell because he was flashed by a man in a tutu, and his discomfort in this scene is palpable. Anxiety is a learned internal feeling stemming from a cause. If a child is feeling anxious or insecure, that indicates that something happened which needs to be addressed. The messages in this book are anything but wholesome and inclusive. It desensitizes kindergartners to the idea that being flashed by grown men is excusable, instead of teaching children that they should tell a trusted adult, like a parent. This book reluctantly teaches kids that, in order to feel better about themselves, they should expect everyone who is different than them to change their worldview in order to make them feel better, all while ignoring the root cause of their anxiety. What could have been a fun, wonderfully illustrated book providing guidance and reassurance about family, wound up being filled with covert images to groom your 3-to-7-year-old child into having their boundaries violated. The author said in an interview with Amaris Castillo, “Hopefully, they’ll identify with Vlad in one way or another—whether it’s because they feel self-conscious about their physical appearance, their identity, their nationality—about anything.” The covert messaging in Vlad the Fabulous Vampire pushes queer ideology on children whose core beliefs have not yet developed. Kids' books ought to be enjoyable, lighthearted, and instill values of self-respect and respect for others. But beware the subtle infiltration of a sinister agenda invading school libraries cloaked as "gender identity inclusivity.” Queer ideology seeks to “destabilize [cis-normative] narratives of growth and development organized around the child-adult binary and its discursive wedge: innocence. It is a destructive force which seeks to deconstruct childhood innocence, scramble, and recircuit innocence’s energies to fashion radical political statements about identity (Mattingly, 2014)." At a time when such an aggressive agenda is actively being implemented in school libraries, society must act responsibly to protect children and families from a radical safeguarding nightmare parading itself under a distorted LGBTQIA+ umbrella. • Radar Watchlist: We Are Family

‘We Are Family’ (WAF) is a non-profit organization in South Carolina that "provides affirming spaces for LGBTQI+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, etc.) and ally youth up to the age of 24 through direct support, leadership development, and community engagement." The problem is that WAF is often crossing the line when it comes to influencing the tri-county youth, using children to train therapists, and offering "gender-affirming gear" to South Carolina youth. ‘We Are Family’ offers many programs that raise red flags. One such program is "KidSpace," described as a "supportive and affirming playgroup facilitated by therapists" offered to LGBTQIA+ youth ten years of age and younger. "KidSpace" is partnered with the Children's Museum of Lowcountry and The Play Therapy Center of Charleston. To understand how WAF would respond to an inquiry regarding a potential client, we sent them the following email: "My name is John. My daughter (7) has been interested in more masculine things since she was a toddler. She prefers playing outside with the boys in the neighborhood instead of playing with her dolls. She told me a couple of times that she wants to have short hair like me and prefers helping me out when I am working outside instead of playing princesses with her mom. She also prefers more boyish clothes. I believe she may be trans. Are there any resources or literature to guide me in the right direction for this? I am very new to all of these things." We were hoping for some pushback against the belief that this fictional child is "transgender" because she enjoys more 'boyish' interests. Their response shocked us. "Thank you for reaching out to WAF with your inquiry! I can recommend our in-house program ParentSpace, which you can learn more about by clicking here! To summarize, ParentSpace is a support group for parents of LGBTQ+ and ally youth that provides parents a space to share, meet other parents going through similar things, and have support from a licensed therapist who facilitates the group. For your child, I can recommend our playgroup for children aged 10 and below called Kidspace, which you can learn more about here. Kidspace gives kids a chance to meet other kids who are LGBTQ, and you can meet other parents with young kids and find community. In addition, you may want to check out our tips for parents' page as it includes valuable information on how to support your child as they explore who they are. Finally, you may want to share and read some affirming books together, such as 'My Shadow is Purple' or 'It Feels Good to be Yourself,' to name a couple of examples. I hope this helps, and I wish you grace and an open heart as you navigate these topics with your child. Being a parent is hard work, so I commend you for reaching out and wish you and your family the best!" While the kindness was appreciated, one can't help but question why the immediate reaction is to affirm that the child's trans identity based on nothing more than 'tomboy' interests. They recommend "KidSpace," a service they have for children ten and under to talk about sexuality and "gender identity." They also have a Discord Server for ages 13-24. When going to speak to a therapist, one would expect to receive care based on the therapist's own education and evidence-based practices. This is not the case for much of the therapeutic curriculum within WAF. The so-called mental health experts of Queer Youth Approval Board, a group consisting of youth of "all ages up to the age of 24, who strive to create a more affirming and inclusive environment within the mental health field for LGBTQIA+ people by creating and approving curriculum for therapists and mental health professionals." Not only do these "trained youth," appointed by WAF, create and approve the curriculum, but they are also given monetary compensation after completing both the Queer Youth Approval Board Meeting and Therapist Training/Information Session. The Queer Youth Approval Board is tasked with helping We Are Family identify the therapeutic needs of LGBTQIA+ youth and training their network of therapists in "gender-affirmative care." So, if gender therapists are being trained by "trans and queer youth" in a curriculum being written and approved by those very same "trans and queer youth, one must ask, what type of therapy are the youth within WAF's mental health programs receiving? We found evidence that a 14-year-old girl was offered to start hormone therapy if she had one parent's “consent” at a local Planned Parenthood. On We Are Family's "gender-affirming gear" page, they offer breast binders, penis packers, tucking kits, and "bra buds" in partnership with organizations 'G2CB,' 'Trans Essentials,' 'Unlockable,' and 'TransTape,' to youth within South Carolina and southern states. Along with "gender-affirming gear" for minors, per their website, they offer discreet shipping and remind children to put their birth names on the order form for youths who may not be 'out of the closet' to their parents. They openly brag about doing this for 171 children in one year. Under the FAQ section of the "Gender Affirming Gear" page, the question "Is chest binding safe?" is answered with a resounding "Yes!" While the WAF website underlines the importance of choosing the right size, chest binding is known to have a number of potentially dangerous side effects. Studies show that breast binding can cause skin irritation, changes in developing breast tissue, back pain, overheating, chest pain, lung damage, shortness of breath, and others. They have an Amazon wishlist filled with books about "Woke Parenting," social justice, and parenting autistic children. It also contains toys made for autistic children, suggesting that the children being transitioned through their center are on the autism spectrum or have very politically progressive parents. On the surface, We Are Family may look like an innocent non-profit organization that was set up to assist diverse youth in South Carolina. However, as we look closer, we begin to see the red flags and the lack of evidence-based practices within this organization. Between the indoctrination of youth ten and under, radicalized young adults training therapists, queer theorists creating the curriculum themselves, and providing transition gear to minors on the autism spectrum without any knowledge of the safety risks, all behind their parents' backs, they deserve a spot on our RADAR until we get some answers. Such a well-funded and impactful group who claims to speak on our behalf should be able to stand up to some questioning. We are extremely wary of what we see going on here, and our concerns will be heard. REFERENCES We Are Family. (2023). What We Offer. https://wearefamilycharleston.org/whatweoffer We Are Family. • Radar Watchlist: Senator Andrew Zwicker

New Jersey State Senator Andrew Zwicker is on record saying that parental rights messaging is a “distraction” from issues like taxes and the environment. “As a parent, I want what any parent wants – to make sure that our children are safe and healthy,” Zwicker told InsiderNJ. “As a legislator, I am responsible for speaking out and protecting everyone I represent … I felt an obligation to defend their freedom in the face of attacks and to let them know I support them.” Andrew Zwicker claims to value children's safety but supports policies which allow girls to be referred to as boys at school without parental knowledge or consent. Mothers and fathers of New Jersey are left in the dark about the fact that their daughters use male bathrooms and locker room facilities, regularly undressing in a room full of boys. This is not safe. He has sponsored a series of bills which are responsible for keeping pornographic books in school libraries, secretly hosting drag queen entertainment during school hours, and practically turning school health services into a one-way conveyor belt at a butcher shop. Here's what New Jersey should expect to see more of if Zwicker accumulates enough votes. Andrew Zwicker sponsored Bill S3019 which requires State blanks, forms, documents, and applications to incorporate new standards for collection of information about sex, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation. It legislates that information about an individual’s sex, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation be collected in all situations where other demographic data is collected, such as data concerning race and ethnicity. The bill requires that any questions relating to sex, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation be posed in a manner that "allows for non-binary designations." According to the bill text, "it is the sponsor's [Andrew Zwicker] belief that, by requiring all State forms and other documents to reflect a more modernized methodology for the collection of information on sex, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation, the State will better serve New Jersey's sexual and gender minorities by gathering information critical to targeting government programs and public policy to address the needs of the LGBTQ+ community." No, children should not be asked for their "gender identity" every time they fill out a form. The categories male and female are inclusive enough because they include everyone. Sex is binary. Gay men are male. Lesbians are female. The word "bisexual" implies two sexes. Sexual orientation has absolutely nothing to do with "gender identity." Andrew Zwicker has a habit of conflating the two, and gay people do not benefit from this negligence. There are roughly nine million people in the state of New Jersey. Each of them has their own unique way of expressing themselves and may come with an array of different labels. Regardless of what boxes someone likes to check off while filling out a form, their identity labels do not change the fact that human beings come in two sexes: male and female. No definitions of homosexual, gay, or lesbian are even provided in the bill. This has overarching effects that go beyond politics and identity alone. Vague legal distinctions for sex and gender can skew health statistics. It also creates issues when tracking gay hate crime statistics if we do not have coherent definitions of sex and sexual orientation across legal documents. Zwicker sponsored Bill S3907, the anti-book-banning bill. It prohibits public libraries and public schools from "banning" or restricting access to certain books. It permits withholding of state aid and federal funds for not complying. The Right to Read Resolution considers the removal of pornographic content from school libraries to be a violation of free speech. "You cannot ban a book without a consequence. And the consequence is the withholding of all or part of the state funding,” said Sen. Andrew Zwicker. A local "LGBTQIA+ safe space for trans and queer youth" honored the state senator with a Banned Books Brunch. What the bill leaves out is the fact that a lot of these "banned" books were removed schools because they contained explicit material, foul language, nudity, and paraphilic behavior that was too inappropriate for a school library. Recently, Roxbury mothers got sued for challenging books in the school library that contained profanity "so vulgar they would make adults cringe." Thanks to Zwicker's bill, an elementary school that restricts second graders from accessing a book like Gender Queer: A Memoir (which includes explicit, pornographic drawings) would be at risk of losing state funding. We find it incredibly insulting that he characterizes these "book bans'' as "anti-LGBTQ" when LGB parents have been some of the loudest voices pushing back on having this garbage being readily available to children. Our New Jersey chapter leader, Victoria flipping through Gender Queer: A Memoir School board testimonies in Flemington, New Jersey revealed that a secret drag show was held during school hours. It was an invitation-only event during the middle of the school day. It was not open to all staff. And it "provided a safe space for students to be themselves," according to the organizers. The students missed 30 minutes of instructional time because they were let out of class early to attend the event. They had a local drag activist attend the performance, as well. No parents were allowed. This is what a Zwicker-controlled district gets you. Math and reading scores are falling, but those in charge of public schools believe we need to take kids out of class to teach them how to put on makeup and model dresses. There are hundreds of other activities that can foster an accepting environment which do not involve missing class time for crossdressing and putting on shows. This is unacceptable. Andrew Zwicker sponsored and introduced New Jersey Bill S3592. The bill makes it so New Jersey can become a "sanctuary state" for minors to receive "gender-affirming care." The new law enables New Jersey to assert jurisdiction over child custody determinations in cases involving children who are present in the state to receive gender-affirming healthcare. This effectively empowers the state to address situations where a child has been brought to New Jersey for such medical care. The legal provisions in the law are overstepping boundaries and infringe on parental rights. If a mother wants to have her daughter sterilized with puberty blockers and testosterone, but the father disagrees, then she can take the girl to New Jersey to have the procedures done. Zwicker's bill makes it so the girl's father and home state have no ability to stop the mother from causing irreversible harm to the child, who will be granted transgender protections under the state of New Jersey. Zwicker and advocates of this bill argue that it aims to provide support and protection for "LGBTQ+ youth." However, that is not the case. Existing research studies and medical guidelines abroad make note that children who would otherwise grow up to be gay adults are told they are "trapped in the wrong body" and become medicalized for life. Hormones and surgeries are not the proper way to go about improving mental health functioning in confused teenagers struggling with who they are. We need to let them grow into themselves, not rush them down a lifelong medical path which leads to more complications. Andrew Zwicker makes himself out to be an ally to "LGBTQ" people but he is actively erasing us, speaking on our behalf, betraying LGB parents, and mandating this new form of gay conversion therapy. New Jersey has been a hot-spot for groomer schools and child mutilation clinics, and if elected, the ringleader of the radical gender circus will have some questions to answer. • Radar Watchlist: Human Rights Campaign (HRC)

The Human Rights Campaign is promoting dangerous misinformation about what is being done to children under the guise of "gender-affirming care." In a press release calling for detrans censorship, they promote false information and invalid studies about transitioning children. And they accuse those who oppose child sterilization of violence, including our founder, Jaimee Michell. When we responded and called them out for it, Gays Against Groomers was blocked. This just further shows that they do not care about gays and lesbians anymore. They threw us under the bus a long time ago to pursue a more profitable avenue: supporting the sterilization and mutilation of minors. We will wear this as a badge of honor. The press release cites the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) endorsing the affirmative model. The AAP is conducting another review of the literature regarding the evidence of "gender-affirming care" for minors. In the United Kingdom, The Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) clinic at Tavistock and Portman NHS foundation trust in North London is being closed down. The world's largest pediatric gender clinic is shutting down in March 2024. A recent re-analysis of data, which is under review, found that on 12 months of puberty blocker injections, 34% of the children had reliably deteriorated mentally, 29% had reliably improved, and 37% showed no change, according to their self-reported answers. In England, Sweden, and Finland, such reviews have found transgender drugs and surgeries to be harmful for children, and they have been restricted. US State Boards of Health are following the guidelines these countries are putting into place. The HRC frames this as evil conservatives attacking trans children, meanwhile this is straight-up sadistic malpractice. It is evil what the HRC supports doing to children. The HRC's press release stated that transgender children are not undergoing irreversible changes. That is a LIE. Puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones do not have U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for children’s gender care. GnRH agonists only have FDA approval for prostate cancer, endometriosis, and precocious puberty. Leuprolide (Brand name: Lupron) is the same drug that is used to chemically castrate sex offenders with severe paraphilic disorders. It is used in high-risk individuals who have committed a sexual offense, in order to prevent them from reoffending. Lupron is given off-label as a form "gender-affirming care" to children as young as eight and causes bone loss. Osteoporosis is not reversible. From 2019-2021, at least 776 mastectomies were performed in the United States on patients ages 13-17. Girls experience the onset of menopause as a result of these interventions and it makes them sterile. Transgender children are absolutely undergoing irreversible medical changes. 14-year-old girls cannot consent to a double mastectomy. A 14-year-old girl [no matter what body parts have been removed] is still a girl. A girl is a female human child. Children cannot consent. The HRC then dug themselves even deeper, asserting that detransition and regret are very rare and a 1% transition regret rate. A myth that 99% of "trans kids" do not regret their surgeries has been spread by recent study that did NOT include "trans kids." No minors participated. The median age at the time of surgery was 27.1 (IQR, 23.0-33.4) years old for responders and 26.4 (IQR, 23.1-32.7) years old for nonresponders. It is dishonest to claim that the outcomes have anything to do with pediatric health care or the recent outbreak of adolescent cross-sex identification, notably in teenage girls. But the people who are speaking on our behalf want us to think otherwise. A total of 235 patients were considered eligible to participate but only 139 individuals (59.1%) responded. Nearly half (40.9%) of eligible participants did not even participate. Information about decision regret and quantitative data from the Satisfaction With Decision Scale was not collected from nearly half of the individuals who met study criteria (n = 96). Instead of performing additional tests, the authors alleged that none of the nonresponders experienced regrets since no "mastectomy reversal" surgeries have taken place at the study location. Getting mastectomy reversal surgery is not indicative of whether or not somebody is dissatisfied with the irreversible surgery. But they just went ahead and assumed that regret rates among these non-participants (40%) were zero, anyway. This is flawed because not all people with regret are willing to seek another invasive surgery, like a reversal procedure. Detransitioners are also unlikely to return to the same clinicians who performed their initial surgery. In most states, health Insurance often does not cover detransition care, making them financially inaccessible. They also did not compare people who received surgery vs. those who did not. They intended to perform an univariable regression using Fisher exact and Wilcoxon rank sum tests to compare responders (n = 139) and nonresponders (n = 96). However, they were unable to do so, primarily due to their unsupported assumption of a 0% regret rate among every nonresponder. While there are no established guidelines in this field that set an acceptable percentage of missing data at which Multiple Imputation (MI) would not yield benefits, a review of the literature revealed that when more than 10% of the data is missing, the conclusions are prone to bias. Some research suggests a lower cutoff of 5% (Schafer, 1999). At 40.9%, this study should not be used in good faith to justify that amputating the healthy breasts of teenage girls is a lifesaving form of health care that does not carry a substantial risk of regret. But clearly, there are individuals with ulterior motives who choose to ignore this and cling to their false "99% satisfaction" narrative because it validates their desire to mutilate children. The HRC's press release links to a systematic review of 27 studies that claims a 1% rate of transition regret. The comprehensive meta-analysis in question pooled data from the existing body of research on gender-affirming surgery regret. It comprised of 7,928 cases from 14 different countries. To the researchers' knowledge, this was the most extensive attempt to compile information related to gender-affirming surgery regret or detransition. However, the meta-analysis was extremely biased and problematic. Either the Child Sexual Mutilation advocates at HRC didn't read it, or they're manipulating parents and lying to gay people. It used data about detransition and regret that have been carried out over the past 40 years. Random-effects meta-analysis, meta-regression, and sensitivity analyses were performed. The Egger test was used to measure potential publication bias. The I² statistic was used to evaluate heterogeneity. The NIH quality assessment tool, effect size, and funnel plot tested for bias. Issue #1: Heterogeneity Heterogeneity was the most severe methodological limitation for this meta-analysis. Heterogeneity is the variation or diversity among studies being analyzed. It can be statistical (resulting from diverse study findings) or clinical (stemming from differences in study populations, interventions, or outcomes). Significant heterogeneity can skew the results in either direction and compromise the validity and reliability of the results. Inconsistent methodologies, varying participant characteristics, and the use of non-validated questionnaires further exacerbate the problem. In the context of transition regret and detransition, where precise and consistent measurements are essential, the presence of heterogeneity can be detrimental. It signifies a critical lack of consistency among research results. This is something that can be measured. The I² statistic measures variations in effect size (ES) attributable to heterogeneity. It is a quantifiable representation of study inconsistency, denoting the extent to which the variation is purely due to heterogeneity and not due to chance. Any I² value above 50% implies that the heterogeneity is too large for the results to be taken at face value (p < 0.05 or I² > 50%). For this publication, I² was 75.08%, which is alarmingly high. Issue #2: Invalid Methods and Tools An overarching issue this study had was the prevalent use of non-validated questionnaires for assessing regret. Researchers were often compelled to use such instruments due to the lack of standardized questionnaires tailored to the specific context of "gender-affirming" surgery. 73% of the studies included in this review relied on non-validated instruments to investigate detransition, and statistical power was pathetically low. Face validity evaluates whether the questionnaire appears relevant to the participants. In situations where there is no way of having proper face validity, participants may not find such questionnaires to be credible tools for measuring their detransition experiences. Low test-retest reliability indicates that responses may not be consistent over time. In the case of detransition research, where experiences are evolving over time, maintaining consistent responses is necessary. A low test-retest reliability score could imply inconsistent or fluctuating responses, which can lead to erroneous conclusions. Results of this publication are not robust enough to make any valid conclusions. Most importantly, it does not measure the current tidal wave of teenage girls identifying as transgender in recent years. Data was collected from adults over multiple decades. The study characteristics, quality assessment, and overall outcomes give absolutely no insight into the current debate about pediatric transition. Why are Child Sexual Mutilation advocates using this botched statistic to further their agenda? Issue #3: Bias It is safe to say that this meta-analysis is biased. Using the NIH quality assessment tool, only five of the pooled studies, representing 3% of total participants, were considered "Good." There was only one "good" study that was carried out post-2013, which took place in Germany (Papadopulos et al, 2017). The presence of a significant proportion of studies with a "high risk of bias" further complicates the validity of the study's findings, as the results may not accurately represent the damage being done to children's bodies in the name of "Gender-affirming Care." 85% of the studies they used were labeled "moderate or high risk of bias." Detecting publication bias in a meta-analysis is a critical problem because it may lead to incorrect conclusions about the validity and generalization of results. Publication bias tends to favor studies with positive results which can inflate the perceived credibility of a relationship and skew our understanding of the true prevalence of transition regret. Funnel-plot methods use graphs to create visual representations of study variation. Asymmetry in a funnel plot, with studies scattered unevenly, is indicative of publication bias. When placed on a graph, the data points (each representing an individual study) are asymmetrical. Once again, the persistence of publication bias casts doubt on the validity and reliability of the reported "1%" rates of transition regret. Sensitivity analyses, using weight and effect size (ES), can evaluate how the results would be different if the high-risk studies were excluded. For this meta-analysis, incorporating 14 previously excluded studies via the Trim-and-Fill Method shifted effect size from 0.010 to 0.005, an adjustment which did not reach statistical significance. Publication bias can be quantified using Egger's regression test and reporting the p-value (Lin & Chu, 2018). Employing Egger's test yielded statistically significant results with a p-value of 0.0271 (p ≤ 0.05), indicating the presence of publication bias. This publication is too biased to yield valid results or make conclusions about detransition or regret. Pooled prevalence of regret among TGNB individuals after gender confirmation surgery. Heterogeneity χ2 = 104.31 (d.f. = 26), P = 0.00, I2 [variation in effect size (ES) attributable to heterogeneity] = 75.08%, Estimate of between-study variance Ʈ2 = 0.02, Test of ES = 0, z = 4.22, P = 0.00. (Bustos et al., 2021) The fact that the largest study of this kind is biased and invalid says a lot about how biased and invalid queer propaganda is. The lack of standardized questionnaires complicates the generalization of results, making them prone to even more bias across the board. Issue#4: Different Cohorts This information proves nothing about "gender-affirming care" for kids. Even the researchers who carried out this analysis warn against taking it too seriously. The surge in children being affirmed and fast-tracked to a path of sterilization is a new phenomenon. The group of individuals seeking treatment for gender dysphoria today differs significantly from those studied in the research periods covered by the included studies. Additionally, there has been a notable broadening of the criteria used to evaluate readiness for surgery over time. As a result, the findings reported in these studies have no applicability in estimating the outcomes of surgery for current cases. Low reported rates of regret in previous studies will not be applicable to current populations. A publication from last year stated "with the increase in numbers of persons presenting for gender-affirming care, shift to informed consent, likely reduced proportion of TGD people receiving an adequate mental health evaluation, and a change in the distribution of TGD people to more assigned female at birth and nonbinary individuals, there is reason to believe that the numbers of detransitioners may increase (Irwig, 2022)." The HRC then links to the Roberts study, which is one that notably captures this new demographic of children presenting with gender discomfort (mostly teenage girls). What the study actually found was very unsettling. An analysis of 952 patients found a 4-year continuation rate of 74.4% for those who initiated treatment under the age of 18. In the patients under the age of 18, which were mostly adolescent girls, 25% of children who were chemically castrated wound up detransitioning or discontinuing their hormone treatment within just four years. While there is no current standard due to lack of research, transition regret usually takes longer than four years to manifest. Some studies found that it takes 8 years on average. This is worrisome because we can only expect this to get worse as years go on. HRC moves on to say that "virtually all transgender youth remain consistent and persistent in their gender identity over time." That is not consistent with what is being taught in school. Boys and girls are being taught that their "gender identity" is on a spectrum. If "gender identity" is fluid and may change from day-to-day, as children are being taught in Gender-Inclusive Schools, then why are children being encouraged to make permanent bodily changes? Either gender is on an infinite, ever-changing spectrum or it is a stable category that can be appropriately medicalized in children. Both of these cannot be true at once. The HRC cites statistics about how people detransition due to reasons other than surgical regret. Some people detransition due to external factors such as social pressure, lack of support, or difficulty accessing medical care. However, there are detransitioners who initially felt comfortable with their transition but were unable to continue due to medical complications. Some detransitioners were led down the wrong path when they were too young to know any better. Decisions to transition are now being made by children who lack the cognitive and emotional maturity to fully appreciate the long-term repercussions of their decisions. Some mention feeling overly encouraged in their identities by their clinicians, which led to a limited understanding of the medical procedures and the potential consequences of those changes. Their evidence does not match up with the narrative we are being fed by the HRC, who refuse to acknowledge the truth about child sterilization. Detransitioners are lost to follow-up. The 1% detransition rate is false. Claiming otherwise is a lie. As the social contagion continues to spread like wildfire, this medical abuse and the lifelong ramifications remain unknown. Parents are being lied to every single day. And innocent children are collateral damage. Shame on you, HRC. On page eleven of their attached pdf report, the HRC lists Gays Against Groomers' Fox News appearance where our president, Jaimee Michell, talked about a Balenciaga campaign and a mass-shooting. She condemned the shooter and expressed concern that attacks would continue. HRC lists the interview and describes it in a way that makes it seem like Gays Against Groomers went on TV and supported the mass shooting…and was encouraging for more. They go even further and use it as an example of threatening real-world violence. They took half of one sentence from an entire interview out-of-context and are using it to frame Jaimee Michell. The HRC is manipulating a mass-shooting to make the claim that our Fox News interview was encouraging violence, despite never saying anything like that. She was expressing concern. Remove this accusation immediately. Elected officials like Scott Weiner are using biased, irrelevant data that the HRC endorses in order to inform laws and public policy around sterilizing children. Child Sexual Mutilation advocates in power are using the botched statistics that they push in order to justify an international medical scandal. Yet the HRC accuses Jaimee of doing real-world harm by…going on Fox News? The HRC's propaganda has significant real-world harm. They deny the existence of a social contagion but at least 121,882 children ages 6 to 17 were diagnosed with gender dysphoria from 2017 through 2021 alone. If you have to censor everyone who disagrees with you in order to prove that you're innocent, then there is a good chance you might not be. Someday, every state will have a Chloe Cole. You will have to answer to every single one of them about how you denied their existence and said that their experiences and suffering were irrelevant. Having a transgender identity does not give a child the ability to transcend the boundaries of age appropriateness or escape medical malpractice. Not only is the HRC's statement full of lies about child castration, but it is also dangerous misinformation for parents. Parents of a child claiming a cross-sex identity wouldn't be challenged to consider any other route when such a faulty medical path is not talked about honestly. Masculine girls and feminine boys become permanently enfettered by the shackles of life-long pharmaceutical dependency and complications as a result. HRC, you're on our RADAR. If you actually did advocate for "LGBTQIA+" people then the LGB people who were harmed by gender medicine as children would not be shunned and censored. Your organization wants to "Protect Trans Kids" yet you villainize and ignore those who were hurt by gender medicine. You promote transition to minors, but they get censored when it makes them sick. They shield abusers from criticism, silence those who get hurt, and punish the few who dare to speak up. It's abusive. Victims deserve justice. And as the gender affirmation empire continues to crumble, it is gay people who will be called into blame for its aftermath, despite never consenting to the lies in the first place. • Hazelbrook Horror: The Epidemic of Restorative Violence Raising Hell in the Hallways

With the help of new progressive discipline policies, Oregon public schools have been consumed by a culture of tolerance toward hate and violence (Cook, 2023) disguised as "restorative justice." While punitive justice ensures that violent perpetrators suffer the consequences for their actions, restorative justice claims to prioritize mending relationships and repairing harm experienced by the victims (Pate, 2023). It also instructs teachers to not discipline students for acts of disruption (Oregon Catalyst, 2023). Last year, 48 Portland Public School teachers signed a letter demanding immediate action by district leaders, charging that most middle schools were “plagued with violence amongst our students, with students and staff alike subjected to disruptions in the learning environment, physical injuries and emotional harm" (Silverman, 2023). Portland Public Schools safety and security task force has even recommended having police officers stationed near schools in order to allow them to respond quickly to cases of violent attacks (KGW8, 2023). The most recent case was recorded at Hazelbrook Middle School, by a boy who attends school dressed as a girl. Viral videos and reports exposed the boy's unrelenting onslaught of sadistic abuse towards multiple girls, leaving them scared and in pain, and a frightening pattern has come to light. A joint statement from the Tigard-Tualatin School District, Tualatin Police Department and Washington County Juvenile Department revealed that "the youth alleged to be responsible for the incident has been arrested and charged by the Tualatin Police Department. The Washington County Juvenile Department has received a law enforcement referral in this matter, and a petition has been filed with the Juvenile Court for Assault 4 and Harassment." The Director of Washington County Juvenile Department confirmed that charges are pending. “The Washington County Juvenile Department remains committed to enhancing community safety and breaking the cycle of delinquency through effective evidence-based intervention practices and holding youth accountable for their behavior.” The Tigard-Tualatin School District released a public statement about the event. It emphasized diversity, validation, and empowerment while making no apology to parents about the epidemic of violence taking place within the hallways. They held a safety and wellness meeting (Perkins, 2023) where parents showed up to discuss this problem, but it was not open to public testimony. When parents tried to speak up, they were shouted over with a bullhorn. And once again, mothers and fathers did not receive an apology (Tigard-Tualatin School District, 2023). Local parents report that not a single school official reached out to the victim's family following the attack to see if they were okay (Cook, 2023). Julianne Ackerman, a former teacher at the middle school and outspoken social justice activist, spoke out in favor of the school administration. She did not characterize this tragedy as an issue of poor safeguarding policies. Instead, she jumped on the bandwagon and blamed distressed parents (Koch & Parfitt, KGW 2023). To our knowledge, no leaders from the district support concerned parents who fear for their daughters. Ben Edtl, a father and activist who attended our protest, prepared a school board testimony which called attention to how dangerous this is all becoming. Not surprisingly, his testimony was cut off within the first 20 seconds and his opinions were dismissed. On social media, Edtl describes Hazelbrook Middle School as unsafe, hostile, unwelcoming, and plastered with queer propaganda. "The District has acted despicably in the media, lying about the facts, promoting confusion and chaos, and gaslighting parents and voters. Your concern has been with protecting the gender identity of the attacker, because this situation threatens your terrible policies that put every girl who attends the TTSD at risk of these kinds of attacks…and worse (Edtl, 2023)." Alex Chrostowski, who runs the Washington State chapter of Gays Against Groomers, believes that when a child is assaulted on school property, responsibility lies with the person who attacked them and the school officials that let it happen. They knew the student was a problem. They knew the student was violent. They did nothing. The perpetrator has a history of attacking girls and not being punished for it. According to the victim's mother, “The more I started talking with the moms in the community, the more I learned this male student had been an issue, and the school hadn’t done anything about it. It seems, from my standpoint, that they really let him go unchecked and unchallenged. He was allowed to pick anyone as his victim, and unfortunately, my daughter happened to be his victim” (Iford, 2023). Her daughter would have never been attacked if this problem was dealt with appropriately in the first place. But in the name of "restorative justice," he was still lurking the halls and clearly had not learned his lesson. No charges were raised for the other assaults that took place and police were not involved. School administrators did what they do best and swept it under the rug. Parents then received a letter from the district, asking them not to share or discuss the videos on social media. The letter asked parents not to discuss the student’s gender. And it implied that caring about children's safety is comparable to hate speech. With the passage of HB 2166 (2021), the Oregon Department of Education is required to oversee the development of a Social-Emotional Learning framework and education standards for K-12 schools in alignment with their Integrated Model of Mental Health that “promote[s] self-awareness, awareness of others, critical thinking, and understanding regarding the interaction between systemic social structures and histories, contributions and perspectives of individuals,” naming "LGBTQ2SIA+ youth" as one required student populations to support [Oregon HB 2166 (2021), Section 4(2)(e)(E)]. And it has proven to be a disaster. Edtl has received reports from teachers about how they "don't even write referrals anymore because no action or discipline would ever take place. He [the Hazelbrook perpetrator] attacked 3 girls at the school within a six month period of time, brutally assaulted them, and there was no meaningful intervention from the school from a disciplinary standpoint." There have been reports of Hazelbrook students assaulting their teachers. And this particular boy has had multiple incidents against different girls at this school. One Hazelbrook teacher wrote a letter to the district about how kids are scared and feel unsafe at the school. Students are getting into fights, attacking one another, and wreaking havoc in the hallways. The letter points out that "we have gone so far with restorative justice that students can essentially do whatever they want, with little repercussions because the district has made it impossible to give students consequences … Our district focuses on emotional well-being during our community classes, but is not doing anything about the emotional well-being of students who are actually being harmed. How are we helping kids regulate their emotions if they are not being held accountable?" The school did not want charges pressed on the trans student, and its representatives were more sympathetic towards the boy and his "gender expression" than for the girls' physical safety, which is atrocious behavior on their behalf. All students should be treated equally. Those who commit senseless violence should be labeled as a threat, regardless of what gender identity they brand themselves with. No exceptions. Accepting such double standards is dangerous and can have severe consequences. It just creates room for more opportunists to go around hurting people and figuring out new ways to identify out of taking accountability. Another reason the school might be avoiding addressing this properly is fear of legal action. All schools and districts in Oregon are required to have nondiscrimination policies and procedures that include "gender identity." This year, the Oregon Department of Education (ORDOE) published new guidance for supporting gender expansive students at school. "In general, school staff should not share a student's transgender or gender-diverse status, legal name, or sex assigned at birth with others, who could include other students, school staff, and non-school staff … If a school employee outs a student by sharing any personally identifiable records information without the consent of the student or their parent or caregiver, such as legal name or gender/sex assigned at birth, those actions could constitute a violation of Oregon school records law or FERPA, and may also constitute discrimination (ORDOE, 2023)." Not only does this further normalize the idea that students and teachers have a civil right to keep secrets from parents, but it is extremely unfair to the victims. It forces everybody to be outwardly dishonest about an outbreak of brutal attacks in order to protect the feelings of the attacker. Parents should be able to send their children to school without having to worry about them getting injured…or worse. It is not hateful to stand up for your kids and request transparency from those who have a job to keep them safe. Gays Against Groomers Washington and Oregon state chapters joined groups of parents, feminists, teachers, community members and more in a rally outside of the school board meeting where the attacks were set to be discussed. The cowards wound up canceling the in-person meeting and held it virtually, instead. But the protesters still showed up and spoke out. "We're starting to see this idea of restorative justice take root, where people think that they have the right to commit violence on others … I'm a gay parent. I have kids of my own. And I'm tired of people making these policies and claiming that those policies are done on my behalf – on gay people's behalf. They're NOT," announced Chrostowski during her rally speech. "The people in my organization – We're parents…we have brothers and sisters…with nephews and nieces. We are invested in every way and we have your back. If you stand with us, we will stand with you whenever you call." Watch our Washington chapter leader Alex's speech outside of the middle school below: REFERENCES American Faith. (2023, September 29). This is the testimony I tried to provide the @TigardTualSD regarding #hazelbrookmiddleschool at last night’s board meeting. Unfortunately, Board Chair Tristan Irvin cut me off in the first 20 seconds. Other parents were cut off too in violation of District rules. She doesn’t want you to hear it, but I think you should. • Radar Watchlist: James Charles

In the age of social media and content creation, we often see influencers and online personalities grabbing significant attention, whether the attention is positive or negative. Unfortunately, YouTube influencers have a bad reputation for predatory behavior towards their fans, most of which are children. The most notable one is James Charles, a beauty influencer with an extensive history of sending inappropriate messages to minors and coercing people into having sexual relations. His content has always been rather innocent, showing off his beauty tips and tricks for his underage audience. But he has been accused of some rather serious stuff. This includes multiple allegations of grooming people of all ages, including uninterested adults and unsuspecting minors. That's a big no-no, folks. In a leaked DM, he specified that there is no monetary incentive for becoming his "boyfriend," even for his fans who are curious and underage. Charles denied the allegations, but admitted to messaging minors, which he claimed was not inappropriate. The screen shots beg to differ. “I saw you on my fyp [TikTok] and thought you were super handsome so just wanted to say hello,” one of them read. He later admitted to inappropriate contact with minors…and using TikTok as a dating app. But the grooming didn't stop there. In February 2021, James Charles was accused of sending lewd photographs and inappropriate sexual messages to a then-16-year-old fan (The Cut, 2021). Multiple media reports indicate that at least 15 victims have accused Charles of predatory online behavior (The Cut, 2021). Almost immediately after Charles posted his statement denying the allegations, more alleged victims spoke out. On February 27, a 17-year-old boy accused Charles of flirting with him, even after he was made aware that the boy was under 18. Another fan accused him of sending manipulative, aggressively sexual messages in 2019 (The Cut, 2021). In April 2021, Charles admitted to sending sexually explicit messages to two 16-year-old boys (BuzzFeed News, 2023). He said he was "reckless" when he messaged the boys whom he believed to be legal adults (The Independent, 2023). Charles admitted that he could have searched for them on other social media platforms and found their real ages…but didn't take the time to do so (BuzzFeed News, 2023). Multiple comments and tweets show him bragging about using his celebrity status to coerce strangers into romantic relationships (The Cut, 2021; Vulture, 2021). The allegations had a significant impact on his YouTube career and personal life. He was demonetized by YouTube and lost business relationships (Business Insider, 2021). He took a short break from social media to reflect and "educate himself" on these issues, which should just be common sense (The Cut, 2023). He vowed to never again use social media for dating and promised to be more careful moving forward with every single person that he speaks to. Charles has even faced legal consequences for his actions. In August 2021, he was sued by a former employee who accused him of wrongful termination and sexual conversations that were not suitable for work (Variety, 2021). The allegations against James Charles have sparked conversations about the responsibility of influencers and the need for better protections for minors online. There are intense power dynamics at play when interacting with underaged fans online, but obtaining informed consent is non-negotiable. Minors cannot consent, James. Hopefully he has learned his lesson by now. But we can't help but notice a pattern. Taking accountability applies to everyone, regardless of how many likes, subscribers, or eyeshadow they've accumulated over the years. Where there's smoke, there is usually fire – and Mr. Charles has some explaining to do. REFERENCES Benicia Paw. (2022, April 1).
